Great servings, quick service and delicious food. Very accommodating for our circumstances and even got a free glass of wine.
Every appetizer had a different flavor with each bite.
Servers make sure that have a full glass and warm food

Wife and I sat at the bar for a cocktail. She ordered a Cosmopolitan. Got served vodka and cranberry. "That's how we make them." bartender did not know what Cointreau looked like in her own bar.

I ordered a pre-made barrel Manhattan. It was served warm in a short glass with no cherry. "That's how we make them."

$28.00 before tax and tip. Wow.

Awful experience! The food was subpar, but the service was awful. There was a 20% gratuity added to a bill for two people. So I ended up being forced to give our waiter who completely ignored us (and only had 2 other tables at the time) a very generous tip. Absolutely ridiculous. The food is not worth the prices and I would not recommend this establishment!

Went here for brunch this morning after seeing it on Atlanta Eats and on our Dining Out Passbook. Our server was an older male and he was an awful server. He had maybe 3 tables at the time we were there and kept skipping over us to wait on other tables. It took close to 20 minutes to get our order in, and at that point we almost left. Food was subpar for the prices. We gave the server our passbook (a discount book that we PAID for), the manager then came back with our check and took it upon himself to add a 20% gratuity. This has NEVER happened when using the passbook at other restaurants. I'm in the service industry and rely on tips for my well being. Tips are EARNED not EXPECTED, and should be treated as such. Not going back.

My "clean" appetizer plate had grease on it with crusted lettuce on it. I had crab cakes that tastes more like tuna. The string potatoes it came with was cold and soggy while the rest of the meal was hot. The food was just just. I will not order that again. I really wanted to LOVE it. That waitress was awesome! The ambiance nice! We sat on the patio and watched the sunset. The waitress brought us a fresh order of crispy potatoe strings and a complimentary piece of cake. That was very nice! The manger came over, I didnt not ask for him. He asked about our experience and gave us a $20 off our next visit. That made things right :) As I love the ambiance and music I had already made up my mind that I was coming backbut keeping my order super simple. Something today I know can't be messed up :)

Unfortunately my experience was less than desireable. I was hosting a friend from Florida for the weekend and we chose Food 101 after searching for seafood in Sandy Springs. We selected this restaurant based on the reviews and we were quite pleased that it was local to my home. We arrived about 8 on Saturday night, and we were seated on the lovely patio. Things began to unravel as it took a very long time to place our order and even longer to be served our appetizers. Once we were served one of 2 appetizers (oysters) my guest then requested cocktail sauce. After reminding our server twice that we were waiting on this item and reminding her that my crab stuffed mushrooms had not arrived yet, finally we got the sauce. By now the oysters were no longer hot and irritation set in. I asked again for the mushrooms and when they arrived they too were cold and disgusting. They crab stuffing tasted like tuna salad. We were both very disappointed but the atmosphere on the patio was delightful and the wine was too. The manager removed the mushrooms from my bill which was very kind. Great spot but it needs some improvement on the service and quality of those mushrooms.

My family and I have been twice in the past 6 months-Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch. Both visits were very enjoyable. The ingredients seemed extrodinarly fresh. Service was excellent.

The menu was solid and, of course, provided a nice spin on some Southern items. During a weekday lunch, the spot was busy, but no waiting for a table. Service was friendly and fast. The Cuban was tastety and flavorful

The place does not carry soy or almond milk. Really? So much for "Food 101"! And unimpressive customer service. Waiters/servers should not be in customer service position if they are going to be in sullen mood and show nonchalant attitude towards customers. But food was good..

Friendly, clean, but the crab cakes could have been better. The fish was not good, tasted like a bottom feeder but didn't need to. The batter was yummy. The cole slaw was good. Fries good. Green beans good.
