Our headlights were not working at dusk, on the way to Chicago so we pulled over to the side of the road. I am terrible with cars, but popped open the hood and started messing around with the fuse box. Then a tow truck from Fogarty's pulled over to help us. The driver quickly figured out that both of our headlights were burnt out. He showed us how to change the headlights and then had us use our brights and follow him up to Walmart in Pontiac where we were able to quickly change them on our own. Burnt out headlights is such a simple problem, but I am the worst with cars, and without Fogarty's help we would have waited 3 hours for our Ins Co's roadside assistance. We didn't get the driver's name, and he refused to accept our money, but we will always be grateful for people who stop and help those stranded at the side of the road.

This place is garbage. Friend of mine told about how they ripped him off . Rips you off by charging for storage while insurance company is working on the claim. A bunch of scumbags Avoid at all COSTS!

Did good work and the price was decent, but 1 of the ladies up front was completely rude. Won't take my car there again. There are plenty of places to go to in town with better customer sevice.

We got a flat about ten miles from this place. They responded quickly and offered us a very fair price. Kind people.
