I have purchased dozens of arrangements over the last three years with home delivery and never had an issue. Always fresh and on time.

Do not use this place! They use some 3rd party ordering service you don't even speak to the shop directly. Called and ordered flowers for my brothers funeral. Called back to make some changes and requested a callback several times and no one ever called back. It is now 30mins till his service and no flowers. This place is horrible, please use someone else. They took an already sad and stressful day and made it all the more worse.

Terrible service and a terrible plant, ordered a $75 plant for a funeral. It came with an awful blue bow on it, nothing like the picture and late. Could have got a better one from Walmart.

I wish you could rate negative stars! My fiancee ordered an $80.00 floral arrangment which never arrived. When we requested a refund she was extremely defensive and forced us to have to go through our credit card company to create a chargeback rather than DOING THE RIGHT THING and refunding the money for a delivery that was never received. She is more concerned about the money then the person! Horrible service - there are hundreds of flower shops pick another!!!!!
