I wanna know how i used 40kwh today and i didnt leave anything on, not even the breaker something isn't right, can someone explain this, because Flint been cheating me for about 1 month now..

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not looking to help the customers, only to take your money. They are trying to say that I used $120 worth of electricity in a week in a single wide trailer with no washer or dryer or stove, with one TV DVD player game system and lamp being the only things plugged in throughout the whole house and disconnected my power and had the nerve to tell me that this issue is our fault and that there's nothing they can do to help me and didn't even try to investigate to see if there's a deeper issue. On top of that, they charged me another $8 for the day my power was cut off. How in the hell can I use electricity when my service is disconnected? I would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible terrible terrible.

Thank you Flint Energies work crew our electricity knocked out from Irma is restored! At first goings were slow but realize there were priorities. But once they started they were a force to be reckoned with! Kept going til Blue Ridge Lane and surrounding streets had power!! Thanks Flint Energies Work Crews!

Flint please explain why customers are being charged high amounts on certain sides of Houston, County and on the opposite side customers are paying super low bills. Just know you are under the microscope and it won't be long before you're exposed. Even during the time the lights went out I continue to get charged. There's no way I leave for vacation and turn off my breaker box and leave refrig on return home after 1 week and there's no difference. I was charged $3 a day with Ga power and now $6-12 a day in a single family home with 1 person at home most of the time. Unreal!! Unreal!!

I really like the Pay Your Way option !!! I can put $100 on my acct and not pay again for about a month in a half or $15 weekly if I chose. Never had the option until I moved here. Never had a problem ! Thanks !

By far the most fraudulent, money hungry company ive yet to deal with in 45 years they should be ashamed for what they do and the illegal stuff they pull every day. Company should be shutdown all they do is lie hope they get sued and go bankrupt charging me for returned checks when i didnt even write a check you idiots i paid in cash! Dang yall RETARDED

All they do is CHEAT and OVERCHARGE. Even if your power is disconnected, they still charge you for kwh used. We turned our breaker off and they STILL charge us even though the power is off. I don't care to hear the lame excuses, the weather doesn't have anything to do with the energy we use. Flint is just robbing people blind and it is absurd! Then they try to explain their reasons, but really end up sounding like con artists. No one is made of money, and many people choose the pay as you go option because it allows financial flexibility. Georgia Power would be a better option.

These people are robbing pore people money i pay 30 per week for power in a house where no one live at the moment they will tell you 30 dollars per month for rental only total bill 125 dollars no utility in house not a bulb.

Off to a bad start with them already. I was told I would have power today for my commercial property and that if for any reason they weren't able to get power to the facility, which there shouldn't be, that I would receive a call from them with the explanation. Here I am on a Friday with no power, and no ability to work to prepare my building for opening. They won't be open until Monday. I wonder if they will pay 5 days pro-rated amount for my rent.

So far I haven't had any issues with Flint! The pay as you go plan is awesome! The people are really sweet and knowledgeable. The app is pretty good too I just wish they could make it more appealing, maybe have surveys where you can save money off your bill. Thanks!
