  Flatpack Services assembled a Weber gas grill for us. They provided a quote within 24 hours of my request and scheduled an appointment quickly.
  
  Their pricing is very competitive and was far better than paying a markup for services provided through a big box retailer. The technician was prompt, professional, and followed COVID-19 precautions. He reviewed everything with me after completing the assembly. He essentially gave me an in-person tutorial about using the grill as well as tips/tricks for care and maintenance. The value for the service provided was exceptional. Highly recommend.

  Words can not fully express how happy I am with the service that Marc and his team provided on such short notice. Marc was quick to respond with excellent quotes for the projects I described and remained flexible in providing updated quotes as I made multiple changes to the service requests. It's been less than a week since my first project was completed, and I already have a second appointment for a new project in my home. I highly recommend using Flatpack for both furniture assembly and handyman services!!

  Not sure why I got such poor installation when everyone else loved theirs:/ But we had a wall bed w/ 2 cabinet/drawer units to install. The initial set up and scheduling was fine. They were early for the install. What was supposed to take 4-6 hours took 10 hours and it wasnt actually complete! Due to walls that are not square they were not able to finish it. This part was not their fault. I was told to sort out the wall/measurements and they would come back to finish
  
  Over the next week we worked on the dry wall and made room for the full install. During that time we discovered that the 1/2 of the drawers were not assembled correctly, the cabinet doors did not open/close correctly, the wall bed is not centered in the cabinet unit so rubs when it opens/closes and one wall bolt (the important ones that holds it all to the wall!) popped out of the wall - didnt seem that they used concrete anchors! Ugh.
  
  I emailed multiple times and got one reply asking for pictures. Which I sent. Then crickets. No reply. Nothing. Left us with a halfway installed, halfway incorrectly assembled wall bed/closet system. Terrible
  
  Im in the customer service biz too. Not every job goes perfectly. Its how you handle that makes a difference. These people really did a terrible job, took our money and then went dark. I like supporting small businessesbut this is not how you run a biz, get clients/referrals. Terrible.
