It has a neat little train that runs all around the resturant and real maple syrup right on the table. The big bear breakfast was good with yummy sausage bacon and flapjacks. They messed up the eggs though if not fir the good flapjacks it would have bumped them down to a three star. If your going there get the flapjacks not the eggs

Every time we've been here there's been a line out the door, but the food is worth it. The service is always done with a smile, and once you're at the table it's well worth it, and a good experience from stat to finish. Plan ahead for the wait and you'll be pleased you did.

Place was crowded. And the place was loud. The food was good. Some of the items on the menu were unique and tasty. A bit pricy though for the nature of the food. Staff seemed to be just going through the motions.

Maybe a 5 minute wait a little before 9am on a early December Sunday morning, but when we left, there was a line going outside. Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee cup was never empty. Food was very good with large portions. For everything that we ordered, I couldn't have made it cheaper, and I didn't have to cook!! Watching the little kids following the train that runs along the ceiling was wonderful entertainment! Highly recommend and we will be back.

We went here on the advice of friends. We had just gotten engaged the day before and the staff brought out two breakfast cocktails, on the house. French toast was perfect, fiancées flapjacks were top class. Highly recommend, even if there is a wait.

I greatly enjoyed the chocolate and peanut butter chip pancakes. It was hearty breakfast to fuel us for some exploring in the white mountains. Attentive and pleasant waitstaff.

Absolutely outstanding breakfast! Our whole group agreed this was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. This place was BUSY but the staff got everyone in and out quickly with no delay and no reduction in quality of service. This is a MUST try when visiting the area.

We were looking for a good breakfast destination on July summer weekend. There are limited options in Lincoln, NH and Flapjacks has solid reviews.

We were able to grab a parking spot in the municipal parking lot across the street from the restaurant. There are only three parking spots in front of the restaurant so across the street is a good option.

The bear décor was a lot of fun. For the kids, they have a toy train with a collection of miniatures of different buildings from around the world. We saw the toy train go around the restaurant on a thirty minute interval.

This restaurant seems to be known for a long wait times but we arrived when they opened at 7 am so we had no wait time at all. When we left around 8 am, there was a larger line out the door.

Definitely ask about the specials, we ordered two of the specials. It is called the flapjack house so we had the banana pancakes. The pancakes were fluffy and very tasty. The second item, we ordered, was the salmon Benedict. I liked the salty flavor and the home fries were very tasty. We also had Victor Coffee with free refills for $2.25. It was your standard diner coffee. Don’t miss the “real” maple syrup on the table. It goes very well with all of their flapjacks.

The overall experience went very well. It definitely feels rushed but there are limited options in Lincoln, NH. If we are back in Lincoln, we will try Flapjacks again.

Great breakfast. French toast, sausage and eggs and baked beans were delicious. Great coffee and our server was very prompt. BUSY! We got there at 8 and just beat the rushafter our meal was done at 8:30ish there was a line out the door.

We visited around 10AM on a Saturday and it was very busy with a line out the door. We waited about 15-20 minutes before being seated. It took a little longer to get our food due to the crowd, but it was well worth the wait!

The pancakes are delicious, and their home fries are to die for.

Gratuity is added to parties of 5 or more, reflected very much in the service.
Saw our waiter 3 times, had to get up and find someone to get a coffee refill.
Food was nothing special and there was a bug in one of our drinks, to top it off there were no to go cups and the bus boy offered a box to put my coffee in.

OMG! So delicious. Eggs Benedict with crab instead of ham is simply heaven on a plate, the home fries are the real deal, the Hungry as a Bear breakfast is huge and oh so yummy, and the service is quick with a side of sass.

It's the same as any other diner. That's the baseline expectation you should set, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The service is ok. Steak and eggs comes with low quality steak. Sausage is below average. Bacon is good. Pancakes, eggs, toast, and coffee are very average. Train is fun for kids - enjoyably distracting for them.
