  The massage and facial were great and deserves 4 stars. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to the owner not wanting to accept an older gift card of $20. She proceeded to tell me that my account showed the balance of the $20 but they were no longer accepting those cards and couldn't run it through her card reader. As a business owner, you have to make it right for the customer especially when you can clearly see a computer balance of $20 under the customer's account.

  Made an appointment three months in advance to have airbrush makeup done for my daughter for prom night. I was called a couple days before the appointment and was told "Things have changed around a bit so I was calling to know whether 11:30 or 12:45 would work better" I replied, "The original 12:15 time we scheduled would work better." It was at that time I was told they wanted to fit another person in and if my daughters appointment would move they could do that. I told them I was sorry but we have other appointments scheduled before and after so we were unable to move it. Big surprise when we arrived at our appointment there was someone in the chair in the middle of getting her makeup done and we sat and waited until my daughter was called back and started at 12:33. I am a frequenter of salons and understand not everything works like clockwork as we would all like it, but it looks highly suspect when an appointment gets asked to be moved and magically it's the start time you get even after you said you couldn't do that time. Especially when nobody informs you that they are running late or anything. All we got was a checkin, a "can I get you something to drink?" And then an empty front desk to ask questions to. This place has gone severely down hill in the last year. I will not be returning here for business for any reason!!!
