This is the best company when you want a water system installed but the worst company when your water system is broken. They have sent someone techs out four different times with in the last 4 weeks and the system is still broken. I have paid for gas mileage, new parts and labor totaling 2000.00 dollars and the problem is still the same. the sad part is it is that the water system is only 10 years old. SO if you are interested in this kind of costumer service by all means call flag city water and let them take your money.

I loved working for Brad. We owned a Kinetico water system and it worked great. Their salt is the best in Findlay too.
