These guys were great!! They troubleshot my problem immediately, quoted me a time frame and sent my watch in. I got it back WAY sooner than I was quoted! Will definitely use them again!

I am incredibly impressed with FixD! My son's phone would not charge with the regular cord, but would charge wirelessly. When I called, the technician mentioned that the issue might be that the charging port needed cleaning. He said there would be no charge if this was the case. When we came in, he cleaned the port and it works great! No charge! We will DEFINITELY use FixD when we have other phone issues!

I found FIXD Phone Repair from Zack's YouTube channel jerryrigeverything and they are better than I expected. Since I don't live in the same state as FIXD Phone Repair I had to ship out my Apple Watch. E-mail communication was great, payment was simple, and the replacement glass is flawless. Please see the images to see a before and after, the new glass is amazing. For me, the whole process took about 2 weeks, that time includes the shipping of the product to and from. In my case USPS moved my Apple Watch to a completely different state before sending it back to me, this was not FIXD problem. But the waiting for this glass only replacement was worth every penny.

Really great experience. I was so happy to find that FIXD did watches too. I couldn’t find anywhere near me that did Apple Watch screen replacements so I found this place on YouTube, reached out and the rest was history.
