Booked a boat back in september, was evacuated due to storm. Have been waiting on refund ever since. Keep getting empty promises and the runaround. They have kept my money for a service that was never recieved. Ray claims a death in the family prohibits them from refunding my money. This death was not an issue 2 months ago when i asked for my refund. Ray relates that he handles a different side of the business (takes money at the actual business for boat rentals but still refuses my refund). Horrible business that wont be around much longer. Avoids answering my number and voicemail is full. Stay far, far away!
Way better places to rent boats from in the keys. Do not rent here!
Will update if they ever do the right thing
*Update 12/12/17, still getting run around from Ray, "I am grocery shopping and will call you back". Never calls back. Had to open a fraudulent charge case at my bank.response / report this review -

We had a great renatl day. The folks there were very detail oriented, helpful, patient and nice. It was our first time boating in open ocean water and was very memorable. The boat was a great size, clean and easy to operate. The best was they were only a phonecall away should we need anything. Highly recommend boat rentals here for mid keys vacationing.

I love this company. Had a blast on the 20' Angler for 5 days! Barbara was awesome. Matt was super helpful and awesome. From someone who has rented many boats in the past these guys are very easy to rent from. I had zero problems with the boat and zero problems with the facilitation of receiving and returning boat. Smooth sailing! This is my goto rental company in the Florida Keys!

Terrible customers service. Boat we reserved and paid for would not run, so they switched us to a smaller boat. We used the small boat to as not to ruin the whole day for the family. After multiple attempts they would not refund the difference price of the boats. They have Garmin GPS on the boats. These have no programming at all. It would be so easy for them to program into the Garmin the locations of different dive, snorkeling, fishing or any entertainment sites for easy navigation, but they don't do any of this. What is the sense of having these if you are not going to be able to use them for their purpose. I know now why they have cheaper prices, they are a cheaper no interest in your experience at all. Go somewhere else and have a better experience.

Charter a boat from these people at your own risk. After 40 years of renting boats in the Fl. Keys, this outfit is the most dishonest I have ever come upon. I had a boat rental with them 3 weeks in advance, deposit included, and the night before my rental, after driving over 500 miles, to Marathon, They called and told me they rented my boat to someone else because they could squeeze 3 more days out of them. Then when I told them I did not want an older/smaller boat from them, they kept my deposit, and I had to fight with them thru my bank, to get my refund! Run far, and run fast, if you ever come in contact with them, you have been forewarned!!!

We had a awesome day on the water. Matt set is up with fishing rods and bait, gave us a few spots to try, all was great. We also stopped on a sand bar for a few hours too. Boat was clean and in great shape. We will diffently use Fish 'n Fun Boat rental again the next time we are in the area. Highly recommend !!!! Thanks Matt.

We had an amazing time fishing in the keys! Fish 'n Fun made the boat rental easy and pleasant. Matt was very nice and knowledgeable. He even gave us a map and circled the best fishing spots for us. I'll definitely be renting from them again next time I'm in the Keys!

What a waste of time and money. Fish 'n Fun boat rentals does not have an ounce of customer service in them. They're boats are old and in really bad shape. The one they rented us, broke down at sea. Horrible experience especially with 3 small children. My family and I never felt safe on it. Don't go by their website photos, you'll be extremely disappointed.
