My mom came to get me for the holidays. The new manager Scott stood by my mom's car while I was out there and was very rude. Asking her what's she's doing here after I told him she was coming to pick me up. After he moves so she can open her car door and get out and she answered I'm here to pick up my son he continues to attacking her telling her she's not welcome. Cause she felt threatened with a strange grown man standing at her window. Also I have stayed in this hotel since end of August. I've only had my room cleaned 2 times(crazy right). I was told house keeping didn't want to enter my room cause it was nasty. But the only times it was cleaned was by a lady with the old managers then after scott took over it took a month for him to send someone up there. I've said I will clean the room if he let me use cleaning supplies well 2 months later room still hasn't been cleaned. Like vacuuming new sheets and towels or anything.

The dude behind the counter "owner?" Told me I couldn't stay in the room and wouldn't refund my night. Because I'm a hiker/backpacker? Regardless. I'd recommend taking a dump on the floor in the lobby at this place then stay at the days in up the street. 👍🏽🇺🇸🎒

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. HORRIBLE “BUSINESS” ran by a RUDE man.
My family and I are traveling across country relocating our home with a toddler and over 20,000lbs of stuff. Started into the mountains after dark, decided to stop in this town to rest as the temp dropped and needed a room. Found a great rate online and booked only to find out their office had ALREADY Closed for the night, called the website to cancel, customer service advised they would forward to motel for cancel since it’s not right to charge for a room not being used. Got up to speak with the person at the front desk this morning to explain the situation to be met with hostility and utter disregard for any kind of hospitality under the circumstances. As I tried to explain why I was asking for the refund for the empty, unused room all I got was him cutting me off and throwing his hands up. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. This is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. I could even drive up to the office without bottoming out. The parking lot appears as though it hasn't seen maintenance in over a decade. The clerk was rude. Once I saw the room I demanded my money back, and left. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The guy who owns or just works there is exceedingly rude. Total tool with faint notes of racial prejudice. Keep driving and you'll find a place more deserving of your hard earned dollars. Next!

It's such a tiny room and might smell like smoke but the front desk staff was super accommodating and helped get rid of the smell. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Only giving this 3 stars because it's perfect for just needing a place to crash before/after a day of shredding some powder.

Expected it to be bad for this price so close to the ski slopes but was still disappointed. Very gross and would happily pay double so I don't have to stay at a place like this again.

Go! And get a bad bugs for free!
Also de front desk close at 10 It does not matter if you call early and warn you that it will arrive late, but that's okay you will sleep the first night in the car, after all the winter in the mountains is not so cold!
I almost forgot, they don't clean the room! Course you go to the mountains to skiing no sleeping!
Perfect scene for a horror movie!
All inclusives! the bathtub dirty, dirty private toilet (did not flush) Believe!
Go, and you will never forget this "incredible" experience!!!

Worse than traffic on I70
I understand that a $100 room in Summit County is 'economy', and I don't expect much. That being said, I'm sleeping in my car if money is that tight. The room was filthy- old sock covered in cobwebs in the bathroom, pubic hair in the tub, something that looked like dried blood on the wall, used towels, old food left in the fridge, crumbled food remnants in the carpet (really hoping they were raisins). Room condition aside from the filth wasn't any better: someone had stolen the knob from the bathroom door (hole remained), no light, drug deals in the hallway all night (20 exchanges at least).

I got stuck in snowmageddon and the interstate closed. Being a young female needing to rent a room by herself for the first time ever, I was very scared to come here. A bit pricey for one night, but the front desk lady was very comforting to me, and told me everything was going to be okay, because I was crying. The room is small, kind of scared me at first because it's a little run down, but the area is quiet and I got comfortable pretty easily. Shower was a little small, sink is filthy. But I could stay here again if I had to. Blankets are clean. No bugs.
