Poor customer service experience at this branch. As a blue eyed, a young brunette banker 7/15/2017 treated me terribly. I left nearly in tears. The banker implied that she likes working with bigger accounts. She asked how my name was spelled too many times and said "You know we have to check your credit score"like that my credit was bad when its at 790.

I have been a member for over 20 years. I went to the branch today to open up a business account. As I was wanting I had the urge to go to the bathroom (which was ten ft way). Torian Younger stood up and stated that restroom is not for customers. I said sir, I just need 1 min and I am opening a new account. He said I don't care who you are,, you are not using our restroom. I exited the bank, with customers looking in horror as well as the very nice security guard. I went to the Forest Lawn Bank to remove all my bank accounts. Very disappointed that someone can get away with being abusive to a long time customer. Chuck LaBella Vice President Talent Relation's NBC.. I too work with people on a daily basis, I am in the people business. I would fire this guy Torian Younger immediately,

Friendly service not only at this branch but over the telephone as well. Never a long wait, either. Parking can be a bit tricky.

I was a member here 20+ years ago when I started in the entertainment industry, and let my membership lapse when I left several years later.
Back in now, and need a CU membership to do direct deposit, so out of the dozen choices CBS offers, FECU was one of the choices, so it made sense to reopen with them.
BAD DECISION, the account opening process has been a total nightmare, starting with online issues trying to navigate the startup, to misinformation from branch representatives regarding what info I would receive via email to complete the process, (Nothing ever came), to having to call yet again to find out what the status of my application is here a week later, and being put though to the voicemail for a new account manager where I left a message. Got a call back hours later and couldn't answer the phone, called the number right back and it was the generic number for the branch, not even the direct number for the representative. NEVER GOT A SECOND CALL, EITHER.
I already work a ton of hours, I need to deal with a bank that can operate efficiently and smoothly, FECU obviously doesn't run that way, and so, like the other reviewer here, I will take my business elsewhere, where my membership is valued.

Bad Customer Service experience at this branch. The big nosed, slim, freckled brunette female banker 7/15/2017 treated me terribly. I left nearly in tears. I'm a light eyed female and when I went to apply, the banker put down my work in the entertainment industry. She implied that she likes working with bigger accounts. When I go to work everyone gets direct deposit except for me and when I went to sign up for direct deposit and an account I got the worst floor banker who put me down upon first meeting me. She asked how my name was spelled too many times and said "You know we have to check your credit score"like that my credit was doom when its very good credit at 790.

NOT A FRIEND TO THE COMMUNITY. I'm not a customer (though I am in the market). I am a local community member. I was stranded with perishable groceries, and the staff at this branch would not allow me to use their wall outfit for the purpose of turning my phone on to call a Lyft. Fortunately, I was able to go to the realty company next door, where they let me use their lobby for what was less than a minute. As someone who has lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and is currently seeking a credit union, I know that this one will not be under my consideration.

For the most part, the staff is very friendly and the ambience is one that is unlike your typical bank. Fees, etc., are reasonable. Never feel like I am on the verge of being "screwed" like I always did with the banks. Credit unions are so much better!

Small, personable, they know your namethe way banking should be! Loving that I can always grab a comp bottle.of water or cup of coffee when I hit the branch.
