Well I must say it's the most devastating moment specially on my birthday, we left to the Golden nugget upon arrival the driver said I will pick you all up at 3:30, we were 3 minutes late and we notice we were left behind..
So we had no choice but to get a taxi back to Houston to collect our vehicle, the worst thing is our personal items we left on the bus and were told they would be found / returned. Well it's been a month and no assistance, I finally said to myself maybe the driver needed our items more than we did, however I like to let all future travelers know that your trip transportation is not responsible in any way, you are at your own risk if you wish to use First Class Tours.

This was my first time leaving my home to a place to have fun and first class made it happen with no problems. I will used them again. The bus was very clean driver was nice and respectful. And i don't write reviews i am just telling the truth.

Friendly staff and relaxing ride to and from the Casino's. I have used this service 3 times with no problems.

I had a great experience last weekend with First class. I have been on other casino bus companies and I wanted to see the difference. The seats were bigger and I had so much more leg room. I was able to recline my seat back comfortably, without bothering the person behind me. I will definitely be using first class again.
