At night the ski lodge transforms into a fancy euro-swiss buffet dinner destination where legs of lamb are roasted and wheels of Swiss cheese are melted in front of blazing fireplaces. Everything was exceptional. Be ready to eat a lot!
The food, the service, and the experience are phenomenal!
Best experience at DV. Loved the food and the atmosphere
This is a fantastically gorgeous rustic venue with big roaring log fires and soaring log supported ceilings. Incredibly good value buffet. It's broken into 4 or 5 zones which are structured as courses. I followed the sequence, but there's no need to stick to that sequence. If I go back there, I'll move through the sequence without filling up too much and then flit back and forth to my favorite dishes. I ended up only managing one slice of the excellent beef that was the main course dish. I'll do it right next time!
Incredible ambiance. View of slopes, huge fireplace in every room, horse-drawn sleigh taking people for rides. Food was great.
Great food. I don't even like Mac & cheese. But I ate 2 servings. Amazing said. Top notch service.
This is the closest to a Ponzi scheme I've ever experienced. Apparently they pay for reviews. My meal consisted of a buffet bar with some cheese, and salami, several stews, some lamb and risotto. There are several stations of average food for crazy prices. I think I spent $325 for dinner for two adults and two children. There are hundreds of better places at better prices. Do not fall for this scheme.
