My wife had been after me to convert our wood burning fireplace to gas. We never used it and our neighbors had recently purchased a gas insert for their basement from Fireplace Gallery and recommended them. Michelle helped me choose the perfect gas insert for my downstairs living room. The insert looks beautiful and has been working perfectly throughout this cold winter. My wife uses that room more than she ever dis before because now its warm and cozy. I would recommend this retailer to anyone looking to buy a fireplace.

I bought my fireplace gas insert from the fireplace gallery on my 3rd visit to them and after shopping around. Mike was very helpful and I got a great fireplace at a good price. I bought the fireplace xtrordinair, super happy with this, on the second year now and it puts out a lot of heat and works great, love the smart remote! Mike and team did a great job with installation, very clean and careful. I highly recommend visiting this store if looking for a insert to replace the wood hearth, what a difference it made! No more cold coming in!

They have a good selection of fireplaces and the sales lady is nice to work with but outside of that they are weird to work with. We had them remove our old fireplace and they did it quickly but he was pretty early arriving which I guess is good except I wasn't there and when I said it was going to be a bit before I got there he made it sound like it would delay the rest of his day which makes no sense. So product selection is good. sales is good, customer service skills after that a bit lacking.
