Dad's is AMAZING. Great selection of different items. My favorite is the classic pulled pork plate, but the pulled chicken is pretty good too. They have loads of great sides and salads. During the holidays they sell smoked turkeys. If you don't want to cook this is definately a good option.

Nothing bad but only have ordered to go. I always get the pork sandwich plate and fries and I like it. But my favorite is when they have a full tray of banana pudding, that’s what I really like.

Service was excellent. I don't like the fried green tomatoes they are serving now as well as the ones they use to serve. The Mac& cheese was excellent as described by my Grandson. The Chicken and dressing was very good just needs to be a little more of it. Just a little.

What happened to this place? Used to be excellent. Now it's depressing and the food is so so. Food was cold. Onion rings were even colder. The waitress acted like she was suicidal and would barely look us in the eyes. Was afraid to ask for bbque sauce. This place is just awful now. What a shame!

This used to be the best BBQ around! But these young kids working/running the place don't care for the quality, and take pride in the product! I got a cheeseburger plate with baked beans and Mac and cheese, ordered my burger plain and it was loaded, and cooked to a crisp, I got baked beans and fries, no Mac and cheese, and the beans was all over every! The time before I got a loaded bbq potato and salad, both was FULL of fat! Very disappointed how bad the place has gone downhill. They don't make home made burgers anymore and haven't for awhile, its now a processed frozen patty like everywhere else, nowhere near worth what they charge for their food! They have changed the sauce over the years too or something, its way to hot for me and my kids! The Mac and cheese used to be awesome, now it's flavorless mush!

Ok I just went to the Dad's barbecue across from zaxbys ..I have never been talked to like that before in my lifeI asked if I could replace the huge leg quarter for wingsI thought it was a turkey leg..she said there is nothing wrong with this chicken and I will not take it back.. "me" very kindly "I can not eat this mam this is to big it will make me feel sick"..she told me I had to eat it and if she replaced it for wings I would have to pay for it as wellI was trying to explain to her I couldn't stomach that big piece of chicken she was very very rude and nasty finally she says"I will exchange it this time but I wont do it again" after being talked to so rudely I just asked for my Money back and I went elsewhere to eatI asked one of the employees that was very kind if the lady was the manager she stated "no that's actually the general manger.I've never seen a General Manager so unprofessionalshe do not need to be in that position so sad. When I drove off my daughter said I can not believe she talked to you like that.

1st off waitress was sweet. We got there was only one other family there we ordered then the place filled up. Customers that came in 30 minutes after us was eating we still haven't see our food. So we offered to pay for our tea. Waited a hour!!!!!

My husband and I used to eat from Dad's at least 2 or 3 times a month. Lately it is more like once every couple of months. Today we got a pound of pork for sandwiches and found the meat to be so dry and tough that I couldn't chew it. Pork should be juicy. Very disappointed. They can do better.

Pros-The ribs and smoked turkey were good. The baked beans and cole slaw were as well. No wait on a Tuesday night. Cons-mac n cheese lacked flavor. Fried okra was overdone and dry. Ordered regular tea, not sweet - got sweet tea. Couple of plastic wrapped forks thrown down, no knife to cut large slices of turkey. Before husband had finished eating, waitress asked if we're wanted the check. We asked for our homemade banana pudding. She came back, put the Styrofoam cups down of pudding, tossed a couple of plastic wrapped spoons down and walked away. Banana pudding? No banana and tasted like vanilla pudding with a smidge of some bready item. Overall, lack luster experience. Funny thing, waitress had picked up her attitude when husband was paying check and it dropped back down when I walked up. Lol!

Best BBQ in the area. Fast service and God meal options. Drive thru and to go options are also available. As for the to go options the also offer family meals where you can get BBQ by the pound with buns and sides.

EVERYTHING but 1 thing is GREAT at this store. The service was excellent, the people are EXCEPTIONAL & the food is really SUPER!! I just have one request .. your sauce .. it's WAY too spicy for me & my 95-year-old Grandmother. PLEASE make a milder version of your sauce. It would be GREAT if we could have a choice. Would you please supply an OPTION OF SAUCES to your menu. Thank You in advance. We havta eat ours without sauce because it burns our throats too much, especially hers. PLEASE make a milder one for us.

Went there today for lunch.Never again. First when I order I needed a few min to think over what i wanted well the waitress sits down in the booth beside me, I mean LITERALLY BESIDE ME . Not professional at all. Then me and hubby ordered double toast they charge only my husband only for his didnt even add mine so i got them to take it off no refills on drinks needless to say want be back
