Financed a pre-owned car here and usually get it serviced here. They were able to work with me to find a car based on my credit and the process was not too bad. I haven't had an issue with the car since and getting your car serviced here is great since there is a comfortable waiting area with TV's, coffee and tea available while you wait
I'm posting and rating this based on their service center. I've never purchased a vehicle from them so I can't speak to that part of their business.
The service techs we've used for our business vehicles, all Honda Civics used for a driving school, have all been fantastic. Their service has been friendly, efficient and honest. Highly recommended.
Very helpful and they have a shuttle for if your vehicle is going to take a while. A bit extra but the service is top notch.

Today my daughter went to the dealership to help for the truck and treat for Halloween . This was for her Girl Scout. The dealership invited them. They are so extremely stingy I assume all they wanted was free labor. They weren’t even allowed to have one piece of candy or even go into the bouncy house after the event. But they made them clean up after the event. !!
Both times my son and I went here they were helpful and quick to service his car.
I went in for an oil change in the express. While they were changing my oil, the service rep comes and says my air filters are very dirty and need replacing. My car has 15,000 miles on it. So I ask to see the filters when they are done replacing them. Not that dirty at all! I call the service guy out on his statement and then he says, oh I mean it's recommended. They were having a special on air filters this week. Just trying to sell things you don't need. Won't be back.
This Honda dealership is awesome. They made us feel welcome right away, not pushy, show us the car that's close to our budget, and the General Sales Manager Don StaMaria went out of his way to get the deal done. I highly recommended this place.
I brought a used civic from them about 6 months ago I wish I would've remembered the salesman name but he was great. It was my first time buying a car under my name with no credit and he worked a good deal out with me. I'm paying a little more than I want to but like I said I had no credit so that's probably the reason. But overall I had a great first time buying a car. Great service and they have great people working there. Makes all that time you spend there worth while.
I have been coming here for years. Deborah Shomsky is my preferred Service Advisor and has always taken great care of my car. Deborah always keeps me informed and in the loop with what my car needs to be safe and operating efficiently.
The Service Lobby is comfortable with a super nice coffee machine, and vended refreshments. My must have item is their fantastic wifi that keeps me connected so I can work through my brief time while my car is serviced. They have the shuttle service conveniently offering to return you to your home or work if you need to drop off your vehicle and keep productive in your day.
I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my car. I always feel comfortable and like I am getting a great value with the service and professional demeanor presented by Deborah Shomsky and Findlay Honda.
My initial contact was not good. She was hard to deal with. Salesman, floor manager and finance person were all great to deal with. Very friendly, helpful and pleasant.
Great customer service here! When I showed up today I only had an hour for an oil change. There were many people waiting, and they got us out before that hour was up. I was impressed. My daughter also made a mess and they cleaned it up with a smile. 😆 I will definitely continue coming here.
I've been bringing my car here for a few years now and I continue to come back because of the service department. They are great at keeping me up to date with whats going on with my vehicle and answer all my questions I have (I usually have lots). It helps me a lot and I always trust they will do the best they can for my vehicle.
