I just had my hair cut here by a heavy set blonde woman and she has completely butchered my hair. Quality of haircut aside, this woman was carrying a conversation with someone else the entire time, her station had various snacks and drinks laid across it, and I had to HOLD MY HAIR while she cut it instead of her pinning it to the side. I have to go all the way to Ashland to get the results of this reversed.

I only wanted my hair trimmed it was about to my back or further then then they cut it to my neck I wish there was a 0 star rating!!
