My Ford Edge needed a routine service, mainly an oil change. My service advisor was Savana and she was very welcoming and professional. She checked the cabin air filter and said it could wait to be changed at the next service. The time for the service was reasonable and the car was washed before I picked it up.

I was impressed with the service at this location and will return the next time service is due.

Fiesta Ford is the only place I take my Mustang to. They do fantastic maintenance and do a detailed inspection. They are friendly and efficient.

Do not trust this establishment! We wasted an entire day with them, working out a deal to trade in our car and get a new one. Daniel Reyes sat down with us and went through all the numbers, after our trade in was looked at by them. We agreed on the numbers and spent a bunch of time there getting everything in place. When it was getting time to actually finish everything up, Daniel came back to tell us that he actually wasn't able to get us the deal he had promised. The "real" offer was not even near what Daniel had confirmed with us multiple times prior! We got up, left, and will never return to this dishonest and unethical establishment!

Bought my Mustang from Fiesta ford and I am still pleased with my car and this is the second time for normal service. Everyone was great and friendly. The service area is kept very nice and clean and is a pleasant place to wait when getting car serviced. Overall very happy with Fiesta ford.

I was not happy with the service this time. People who worked in my car moved things around and they don't put back as it was. They also move my radio controls and didn't fix it. I called Ruben at the service dept. He told me that he didn't know anything. I did solve the problem myself.

Best place to have your car serviced because of Deborah best service agent I ever encountered. As long as I can go back to her each time, I'll never leave Fiesta Ford. She's knowledgeable and gets me in/out as quickly as possible with an appointment. Work is top notch! Go Deborah-GO!

On March 27,2017 I took my 2009 Flex in to have the power seat looked at as it wouldn't travel back and forth. I was told they would do an inspection at a cost of $100 and inform me of the repairs necessary. I was informed that the seat track was broken and would be $1500 to fix. I declined the repair and removed the seat myself and found a broken drive shaft on the motor,took it to another Ford dealer and fixed it for $400. Fiesta didn't remove the seat to find the problem only guessed and gave me the most expensive option. I would not recommend this company

My wife and I took our Ford Explorer in for an oil change. While we were there they checked all the other fluids and rotated the tires.

As they rotated the tires they found a nail in one of the tires. They proceeded to correct the problem and as result avoided a potential flat tire in my wife's car. That made me feel really confident with their service and that they would take that extra measure to insure our safety.
