The staff is friendly the park is clean there are lots of amenities the people are nice and it has a fantastic view you're right on the water there's no place I'd rather stay in Anacortes.

A great RV park. Very well kept, surrounded by nice walks and near Annacortes; great place to stroll and window shop. Wi-Fi is very spotty and challenging for anything more than hoping on email.

113 is the best spot. The trails are lovely. Wifi is pretty non existentso don't rely on it if you need it.

Our favorite place to bring our RV. Friendly staff, great water views, Tommy Thompson Trail runs adjacent to it. You can take the trail into Anacortes or cross the old railroad tressel for some fantastic views. To top it all off, you can now hike into the spit and learn a little about the local Native American's history in the area. We're sitting out on the patio, looking out over Fidalgo Bay, having our morning coffee. This is the life!

Bathrooms great, office staff very helpful. Do not stay in back row next to road. Very noisy plus this is where long time people stay and it is very dirty so I would not stay here if that was all they had to offer.

The only waterfront RV place worth staying in Anacortes. We've stayed here 15+ times. Always a fun experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Can be a party atmosphere by the water, but generally congenial. Took one star off because some guests consistently trash the bathrooms. Flooded floors sometimes await the bathroom seeker along with unclean sinks and once a jammed toilet. Also, FYI, space 113 is a nice space but can sometimes get a whiff of sewage The only space that may get that in the park. We Do Love it here though. The Tommy Thomson Trail and Fidalgo Bay area treasures running right through the park

If you have a premium spot on the bay this might be a nice park. Otherwise, it is not. The spaces are very small and it is very much just dirt. The grass under the picnic table is barely there. No trees. The pictures look good so must all be of the spots on the bay. And, most of the people we ran into were very unfriendly. I would not stay here again.

The Tommy Thomas Trail is a great walk, run, or cycling trail. Peaceful, beautiful, and even has a porta potty along the way. Gorgeous foliage and pretty flowers and Bush's of all types. At times can see wildlife. Lots of birds, rabots, otters,etc. So much fun-

Park was good however the supervisor over the check in process was not real smart.

We are going to be in the area for 3 to 6 months they wouldn't allow us to stay longer than 1.75 weeks because he actually said it was a pain for him to move us to another site and he would rather new customers just come in to fill those spots. Now I realize we wouldn't have been able to stay the entire 6 months and we may have even had to leave and come back but it was going to be work for him. Unfortunately we had to take our business down the road even though I told him we were willing to pay a premium to secure a spot. We have a spot now in another park, I just need to know exactly who decides these parks are resorts OMG not even close

I found the park to be clean, and staff was enjoyable, BUT when we were told we could not have our service dog resting in a dog pen (right next to us sitting at the picnic table no more then 2' away) that became a deal breaker for us. We were told she had to be on a leash even if she was in the pen due to "insurance liabilities"? Yet, the next morning we observed more then one dog running off leash down to the beach. We won't go back.

Great location right by the sea - on two sides. Old rail line trails run Through the resort and across the water - great jogging!
Bathrooms get 8/10 for cleanliness.
Laundry is well priced and clean. Change machine.
Sites are paved with grass between. The paved bit is somewhat narrow, so that in winter you are walking on grass to approach your wagon..which always bugs me!
Front desk is excellent, very helpful and informative.
WiFi is there, but no bandwidth. Effectively useless except in the midnight hours.

Stayed here for 45 days on our maiden voyage. The staff is amazing from manager to office and maintenance. We stayed in the lower park and enjoyed being so close to the water. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect location within 1.5 hours of Seattle and of course to the San Juan islands and Canada.
Trail that runs through the park is great for walking dogs and riding bikes. Proximity to Deception Pass is also a bonus. Definitely one of our favorites so far. That being said, with premium pricing and what they charge here in season, it would be nice to have some paved sites / rock landscaping. In the past 6 months we've stayed at resorts all over Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Californiaand paved sites go a long way as far as comfort for guests. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but we'd be tempted to stay longer with the option of paved sites.
