Wheelchair accessible room only had one queen bed. My friend in wheelchair had the bed. I slept on sleeper sofa and had 2 nights of bad sleep. Was dissapointed to spend 175.00 per night and have such crappy sleeping arrangements. The staff was very nice and accomodating though.

While the ads on several sites say this is pet friendly they are not unless you book through them directly. However the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I could definitely see staying at this beautiful hotel in the future.

The ad clearly said pet friendly and I do have a screenshot. However they refused to change our reservation during check in to a pet friendly room . Nor allow Hotels to. They stole the money for my reservation and refuse to make it right. Definitely will not be back to Friday Harbor nor recommend it to anyone.

The only thing we can complain about is shower water pressure. It took long time to rinse. The staff is top notch, would recommend, great stay.

The room was great, even the pull out bed was comfortable. The staff were all energetic and helpful, and our rooms porch was a nice spot to unwind. The parking lot fills up fast in the evening, as does the breakfast crowd in the morning so go early!

BIG rooms! Good for letting the parents sleep and snore in one room, and close the door so the kids can sleep too! Make sure to look down the hallway - the zig zag pattern of the hallway makes a neat optical illusion type thing, the halls look skinny, but they really are quite roomy!

My wife and I stayed here for a little vacation. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning in the style of the holiday inn express (eggs, sausage, waffle station, cereals, etc) Restaurant on site (mexican), didnt have a chance to eat there though. Good location, just within walking distance of the ferry terminal.
