Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
I came with a friend and he ordered 1 chicken roll and I ordered 1 stromboli.. She gave him my food and said here's the chicken roll and half way thru he realize there's no chicken and I'm still waiting for my Stromboli.. Apparently it's our fault the lady gave my food to him and than we made the manager aware our situation and again we were at fault and at this point I still didn't get my food .. When I asked ok what about my Stromboli all 3 of the workers said he ate it so at this point they wouldn't even give me my food Horrible place to eat.response / report this review -

Whoever gives this place 1 star I know your full of it or had a fluke of an experience. I've tried most of the food from here and it's delicious. I've dealt with every server that works there and mostly everyone who works behind the counter and they are awesome. Even when I showed up 10 min to close (picked up my order) and they were ready to make whatever I wanted. So yea this place is awesome.

Awesome 🍕 with a very soft crust. The family special which is just $22.99 is great for a family of four. The garlic rolls are enormous and delicious. Fast and friendly service🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Will definitely be coming back here. We are part of the Ferrari family now. Thumps UP!!!

Ufffff. Don't know what happened to this last guy giving one star to this place. Maybe Mr Rodriguez has a personal issue. This is a great place. I have been coming here since it opened and I have never had an issue. I can tell he doesn't eat here more that I do. This is a good place everyone is very nice. Most of the time I pick up but when I get something delivered is always correct. Place is clean and it's always busy!!! That is a good sign if a good place. we love it.

They are very nasty the owner Ruben and wife. Cheap on the amount of food they give you and way over price for a place that is only a whole on the wall. I guess if the owners doesn't have any customer service etiquette what does anybody can expect from the rest of the employees.

The pizza and pasta are ok.
Sevice is good
Garlic rolls are the worst I've ever tryed and I've tryed them several times from them. They are drenched in a oil that doesnt taste like real olive oil. The bread is soggy and not toasty fresh. I actually saw the guy the owner get bread from a bag mini breads like the ones you see in grocery stores . They don't make these breads from scratch. They don't bake them. I asked for fresh galic rolls and the dude gets them from bag. I looked at the owner and he said what you think baked these. Lmao incredible.response / report this review -

at the begining they were very good, but once found a piece of plastic ricotta container in my white pizza, also to often the pizza's got delivered cold pricey pizzeria for bad service

Good place everyone is very nice. Most of the time I pick up but when I get something delivered is always correct. Place is clean and it's always busy!!! That is a good sign if a good place. we love it.
