  I really don't understand the bad rep these guys have. I've been here so many times I've lost count and I've never had a problem. The food is great. And the staff is really nice.

  I called a few times over the course of 25 minutes and kept getting straight to voice mail. I can't buy food from them if they don't pick up the phone! This happened on this date.
  I had my friends call as well and same result. It's like they didn't want to work tonight.
  
  When I got through finally they said they were closed for the night. Not open til 3 am as google and their menu said.
  
  Foods still plentiful even if I didn't get any tonight.

  Worst customer service I've ever encountered from a pizza place. If I could give this place a zero I would. When I brought up my point of cold pizza being delivered the manager failed to offer a solution to my problem with said cold pizza. Instead made the matters much worse. In fact, Management escalated it. Completely unprofessional! Rushed me off the phone because he was "Too busy". Go somewhere else. Forget Angelos! The pizza was completely inedible and tasteless. Think cardboard at room temperature. Okay? Never againAnd the manager/owner again proceeded to tell me that him and his driver were cursed out. This is indeed not the case. I will never buy from them again. Plain and simple. Who runs a business this way? Threatening customers to "meet them outside at 4 am for replacement pizza" I've never heard of such a thing!

  I usually come in here on Saturdays. They have a jumbo for like 11 dollars. It's affordable, tastes great and they always make me feel welcome. Love these guys. Keep it up.

  I've been ordering from these guys since they opened. I absolutely love them. The food is great. The young lady who answers the phone is always the nicest. The wait can be long sometimes but they always make up for it.

  2:30 in the morning and nowhere else is open came home from a night out at the club after hours and we were hungry excellent customer service very polite fast delivery and delicious food! i give em five stars!

  horrible customer service .The drivers are rude and when questioned about the excessively long wait close to 2 hours they become even more irate. I feel like because we are at the college and they know our options are limited they think they can treat us badly. I would rather not eat than order again
