I have used this Fedex location for exactly a year and have always received great service from the staff here. Today I am only going to use UPS in the future because of what occurred today. I was asked what the contents of the package which I was shipping was and normally I would answer because who cares? But the way that I was asked by the short-haired tall woman with grayish hair was filled with attitude and sounded accusatory. I asked why she was asking because I have never been asked by anyone over the last year what was in my packages. She did not answer me and said that if it is something illegal that they cannot ship it and asked me again forcefully what was in the package. She accused me of attempting to ship a package with illegal contents and therefore I am a criminal. Through out the minute or so long affair she could not bring forward an ounce of politeness or semblance of customer service - after I used that one specific location almost exclusively until today. I have shipped packages with this same person in the past (and was not asked what I am shipping) and she was also devoid of personality and indifferent if not rude then too so this behavior from this person was nothing new, but today she went full throttle with the attitude. I went to a UPS nearby and was asked what was in my package in a very polite manner and I answered because the people at UPS are polite and the female manager of the Fedex location at 555 17th street suite 190 is a huge jerk and has a bad attitude. By the way, the package had china and crystal figurines in it that I sent to my gay uncle who collects those things because we have not communicated for almost 10 years and I miss him and want to rebuild our relationship - nothing illegal.

Best place in the world to visit. I love every single person that works there especially the gentleman working Sat. December 2nd AM Shift. Give him a golden chalice or a RAISE. They are more than helpful, they are more than knowledgeable they're perfect! What I like most is that then can translate my ideas into print without so much as breaking a sweat. How do they do this? Because FedEx rox!!!

Today, Monday morning, the office was slammed with work, two folks on, and they still managed to turn my project around in 35 minutes!! Super grateful!!

Terrible customer service, rude employees who make it way more of a hassle than it shouls be to ship a simple package. The USPS employees at 20th and champa seem like Nobel Peace prize winners compared to the people here.

By far the best FedEx location downtown! Great customer service, quick turnaround and inexpensive for special projects. Don't listen to the bad reviews on here. I've been going to this location for years and have never had a bad experience.

One of the best FedEx office locations I have worked with. Online print orders are turned around quickly and always look exactly as expected.

Staff are great, but the cost of printing just some black and white pages is insane.

Staff was very helpful to me on a day that was stressful and I was under deadline. Particularly Kelsey, who was calm, pleasant, and efficient. Thanks

Slow and expensive computers, always a line, and the staff is unhelpful (by design). It cost me $4 (and took 20 minutes) to print a one page shipping label because no one here could open an email link from Amazon I'd recommend doing everything possible to avoid having to come here.

My experiences have been great, picking up packages and self-serve printing.
