  Called for a rush order at 10AM, submitted an edit at 1. We were told the person was on lunch and they would call us back. Never got a call back. Now they are telling us at 4oclock that they did not complete our order.
  
  Now the items we needed rushed will not be printed as of 3:54PM — they are requesting for us to overpay by $130 so they can do exactly what they said they would do hours ago. For half of the order btw.
  
  This ruined our plans and I would never give this business service. We came here because of the service at the Fast Signs Decatur but the service is not the same. Avoid if you’re a business owner. I’m so frustrated by this poor service.
  
  They failed to print a rush order because their lack of communication then tried to overcharge me. Which makes it clear that they *could* have stayed true to their word but decided not to.
  
  Now, I will find a new place for the larger order of signs we needed printed and I will never use them again.
  
  Also y’all should be weary of the amount of 5 star reviews by people with 1-2 reviews. It’s suspicious.

  Best Signs and Superior Color!
  These signs are amazing! I Love the colors! I tried to have these signs done at another local print shop and the shop was not able to get the colors this vibrant after 4 tries :-(. That print shop produced powder blue signs that looked as if the signs had been in the sun for over 5 years.
  
  We are getting a lot of foot traffic in our store from these beautiful signs! Will use Fastsigns again for other projects.
