Best insurance you will find for older trailors. Mine is a 1985 and is only $135 for almost $100,000 worth of insurance which includes property, outbuildings, personal belongings, hurricane and only $100 deductible. I looked everywhere and you will not find a better price and they are connected with Foremost. If you have an older home, this is the insurance for you. BUT I have not put in a claim other than for bulging floors and it was denied, even though the policy says it covers this. They dropped the ball on that one because they could not find a leak to justify it. I think it was caused by the lack of proper glue. So I am ok with this. If we have a fire or something, then I will write a review explaining how good they are. That is really the only way to tell. I was over insured with $80 on house $30 on personal property and $6 on out buildings when added together it come to $116,000 when i only needed $100 total once counting all 3 so be careful not to over insure as they will only give the appraised value anyway.
