After being with Farmers Insurance for more than 26 years and working with different agents within five states. Kellir is the worst insurance agent I've ever worked with. Unprofessional, will not communicate, did not give me all my deductions I needed. She failed to do any sort of work to help me and my family with our house and autos. When we moved here from Utah to Missouri. She has failed in every attempt to make things right. In the past year. She jeopardize my family and my parents house. We have since moved to a different farmers agent have saved over $800 with the deductions that were supposed to be given to us. Kellie has failed as a farmer's insurance agent. Kellie Outt has failed to be any kind of professional agent. Kellie is a failure.

I talked with Aubrey about auto and home owners insurance . They lowballed it with deductions that could not be applied to the home. Then they quoted a pick up truck that we don’t even own. Very disappointed in this agency.

Communicate well with their customers. We have 3 vehicles and a home with this company for around 20 years.
