We had John as our insurance agent for the 5 years we lived in St. Paul-Minneapolis. He was really great - and we miss working with him now that we've relocated to a different state. He was incredibly responsive - quick to reply to emails and voicemails and nearly always answered his phone. I even called him from a vacation a couple times to ask about rental car insurance. It was like having a trusted insurance adviser at our finger tips. He also seems to actually enjoy talking about insurance and figuring out the best product lines for our needs and budget.
