Have had a great experience after dealing with a hateful woman at Andrews Jewelers, where I had been going for years. Took 2 rings in Saturday about noon and they both were ready later that afternoon/early evening. The one was still a little too big so I returned it yesterday with great customer service. Thank you to Alec, Mary and Josh!

My husband and I bought my wedding band with a protection plan over 5 years ago. We were told by the owner we don't need to bring in the paperwork they have us in the system so don't worry about it. Went in today to resize the ring, the rude sales lady was able to pull up our information and saw we had the protection plan but tells us we would have to bring in the paperwork to resize it or pay full price for resizing because we didn't bring a 8.5x11 piece of paper that I have never needed to bring in previously over 5 years. She pointed to a 4x6 size frame that she said they recently put up within the last two months that is the new policy. I would rather pay someone else to resize it than to pay them for something I already bought!!!! Inconsiderate and rude. Terrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! I got my engagement ring from here and it was a complete disaster!!! I was in there once or twice a month getting diamonds fixed that kept falling out. As a newly engaged person you don't wanna ever give up your ring but I was in there at least 4 times and they would have my ring for weeks coming up with every excuse to why it took so long to fix. The sales lady was super rude! I went here thinking I was going to a family business and when I asked to speak to an owner I left message after message and never got a call. They are cheap and false advertising. I ended up selling my ring and I've never been happier!

Sales lady was so nice and not pushy at all. Even put my daughters necklace in a nice box.

I had good service the first time i went here, but apparently the owner made the sale. The next day i went back and a woman was very short and seem irritated to have to work with me. I was trying to order a watch that they didn't have in stock and was told me people needed to request the same product before they would actually order it. I will not buy from here again.
