Welcomed to the location but advised it would be 25 minutes for a cut for my son. An hour later his name was finally called. The stylist had never heard of a fohawk and was asking about the basics of the cut. No it is not a mohawk. This place had an overall dreary atmosphere with only 2 stylists and no music? Half way through my son's cut I regretted my visit. I will not be back. :(

I cannot believe they are still in business. Sorry, to all the un-knowing new stylist who thought they were "joining the team." There is more out there than a chain-salon. Get your 6mo. in and quit. Move-on. I worked 20yrs. self-employed. Very successful. Got transferred to the Fort. with my husband. Dumbed myself down by taking a job at Fantastic Sams. Just for convenience, and close to my home. Terrible place.
. Anyone can be a manager there. Just hire, and fire, keep it moving. Then, they do not have to pay any earned benefits. I am ashamed I ever worked there. It is a disgrace to our occupation to be "Professional Stylist." Who can, make a good living in the right salon. Not a Chop-Shop, for $8 an hr.

Worst experience ever. Went in for a hair cut for my son. Was told to come back at 4 p.m. Came back sat there for 1 hr. Still no hair cut. Asked how much longer she said like another 20 min? Had to leave hair cut less. We did get to hear her life story as she talked to the person she was turtle like slow cutting her hair. More talking and standing there than cutting. 2 hr still no hair cut we walked out never again will we go there. Don't waist your time.
