Dude awesome place to just play pool, darts in some locations. Wings and sandwiches are nomad bomb with a beer. Local or imported Kind of like a chuckie cheeses for adults. Go chill.

I am a loyal customer of Famous Sam's on Ruthrauff Ave and especially love their toasted, on marble rye, Ruben sandwich. I however did choose to 'check-out' the Sam's on Grant / Silverbell last night. As this was going to be my first 'take-out' (bringing it as a dinner to a small friend's gathering) I was not able to see the sandwiches until we sat down. What a surprise! I could immediately tell that this was not going to be good. They were incredibly small, with very little pastrami and the sauerkraut was almost non-existent! The 'toast' was NOT. As we have frequently had this sandwich at the Ruthrauff location I did not look at the menu, but given they are the 'same' company I didn't think I had too - but apparently I should have, it is possible that the rye 'toast' we prefer is not offered at that location - if so, then that is too bad. It is also too bad because we will NOT go here again. I have to say though, the service staff was very friendly and courteous, so I am sure others do enjoy going there, but probably not for the pastrami Ruben!

The bar tender is very nice and the waitresses are too really nice it's a happy place everybody knows everybody the food great nice and clean I would recommend anyone to go there you enjoy it and have fun I like to go there on Saturdays they have karaoke that's the best..

Terrible service by all the servers. Bartenders Are dirty and they all sit and eat at the corner of the bar. Our server was practically laying on the table serving my husbandLol sounds terrible but true. Food was terrible cold and bread was harder than a rock. Cold food and just disgusting all around .. So sad

Typical bar food, It's not that great. Go for beers and pool. Don't tag along with the guys if you're on a carb-free diet or any other kind of food restriction, they won't accommodate you. You HAVE to order a burger with the fries and it's the same price without. I had mine bunless, with no fries and they wouldn't give it to me at a different price.

This is the worst Famous Sam's . The waitress all looked like slob's and the food wasn't even warm when served to the table.
I will not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

Haven't been here in a while this used to be a fun place, service was good, food was decent in the last few years it has gone down.. staff was rude and unattentive, food price went up and quality down, same for the drinks.. became dangerous. if you go here, watch ypur back and expect a fight
