I think it was amazing store but I don't think other people should be taking the rebel flag off of shirts and out the store
Went and bought a sweet soft tail sales were top notch I'm sending 8 of my friends there
Well, where do I start. I've known for a while that this dealership updated their look and I finally decided to check it out. I came an hour and an half away. The first thing I noticed was that they had hardly any motor clothes and no sales/clarence racks. Us women always look for these. My husband finally found a shirt he liked and I did too. We get all the way home and his didn't fit very well. So the following week we decided to bring the shirts back with tags still on them never worn with the receipt and come to find out according to their policy they will either give you store credit or you can exchange it. Store credit? What? No other HD dealership does that. As long as you have the receipt the other dealerships will do a return. I hope this isn't how they would treat me if I came in to purchase a motorcycle from them.
Beautiful store and the staff is wonderful, but the prices are high.
All I can say is their prices suck. Priced a single tire for my sport bike. I can get it for 139 online. Other bike places asking 150 and 10 dollars to put it on if I bring them the wheel. Thunder Road wanted 219 dollars plus tax and 50 to put it on if I brought the wheel. Shop around before you just spend your money here. They must have bumped their head
We bought 2 motorcycle helmets when we were passing thru. They have larger sizes than most Harley stores do. Also had large sizes in fitted ball caps. Very nice and helpful staff.
One of the only dealerships that I can say that I was very impressed with the building and staff
