After visiting two other veterinarians in town I came here with a near emergency situation with my older dog. These guys got us in quickly on a Saturday without an appointment. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on within minutes of seeing our old friend.
The doctor prescribed medicine for our situation and did not try to sell us on additional tests of medication we did not need (unlike most vets I have been to).

Friendly, caring and mindful of out pet's needs. These guys just won over a new customer.

UPDATE:
I personally want to thank all the staff. Last week we laid our friend Pepper to rest with their help. She had been with us 17 years and it was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Their staff were understanding, helpful, and caring through the entire process. When I went today to pick up her ashes, the young lady also gave me a small handmade ornament with Pepper's paw impression. This unexpected act of kindness brought me to tears (I am sorry I left so quickly but you really surprised me and I was a bit overwhelmed with emotion!) and reminded me of why we bring our family members here for their care.

We appreciate all your kindness and understanding during this time. Thank you from my entire family.

My husband and I wound up going here by pure luck when we adopted our dog, but so glad we did. The staff there is great at what they do and super caring. When we had to put our cat down they made us as comfortable with the situation as possible and even sent a nice condolence card after the fact. After Christmas was over that year they sent us an ornament that they had on the tree in their office for our cat. They really care about their clients and have the best service of any vet that I've ever been to.

Everyone was so nice and very professional at Family Pet Hospital. I had a very new rescue dog with me and was helped to make sure he had all of his injections and tests done that day. I also learned a lot! I would recommend this Vet to a friend.

We walked in with no appointment but was greeted with a smile and waited only few minutes before our dog Mo was seen. The Doctor seen him right away and explained our options. They keep him and had him back to his old self by that afternoon. Great staff and Doctor!

Called them and they said my visit would be $120. Verified services and charges. Made appt and at checkout it came to $161 for services (and a little more for additional meds totaling $191). Asked receptionist and she said whoever answered made a mistake and didn't even try to make it right, or say sorry. Instead just basically said whoever answered made a mistake and there is no way to find out who answered. Bad way to conduct business. I could've gone to two other local vets for $89 and $109 but I chose this vet due to location and same day appointment. Save your money and go somewhere who appreciates their customers and doesn't make them feel like they're accused of lying. We spend a ton of money at the vet and understand all have different pricing. But don't tell a new customer the price will be "x" amount when it is in fact much more.

I could, literally, write a book about the many years of outstanding treatment my dogs and cats have received at Family Pet Hospital. Dr. Singh is absolutely the best; he is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and intelligent. The staff is outstanding, friendly and very competent. I would never consider going to another veterinary establishment. Thank you Dr. Singh, Julie, Crissy and everyone for all you do to help take such good care of my four-legged family members. You're the best!

After 7 years of my Henri having stomach problems, Dr. Singh found the answer and treated it according. He is happy and healthy now. If I need anything, Julie, the receptionist is always there to help me. Thanks!!!

It's hard for me to believe that the overall rating is less than perfect. I looked a around and called multiple vets before making my choice and I must say I am extremely thankful I picked this place.
I recently had my cat Hazel (Hazel Laser Eyes) fixed and chipped. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took their time explaining everything to me and what to expect during recovery. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer to them.
Victoria and Jessica both were very friendly and professional they explained everything perfectly and made this much easier than I had anticipated. I also received a card in the mail as a follow up to check on Hazel and myself from Heather. I thank all 3 of you for confirming I made the right choice with intrusting you with baby Hazel.

My family have been taking our pets to Family Pet Hospital for over 17 years. Dr Singh literally saved the life of one of our puppies. We receive great service, there is rarely a long wait, and they have a Wed and Sat clinic for shots. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful, especially Julie who is nearly always at the front desk and so great with answering all of my dumb questions.

My cat had chronic diarrhea, after taking him to another vet and not finding a reason or solution I brought him here. They got me right in and sent me home with many medicines bound to find a solution to his problem. After my many calls and another visit he is now back to his normal self and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you too the super sweet techs who always made Binx feel comfortable and the doctor who answered all of my dumb questions. I would trust this vet hospital with any of my animals, quite frankly my own life :)
