Dr Bleck is first class. He was super when we had to put our yellow lab to sleep. We’ve been going there for 15 years and he and the staff have always done the best for our pets.

Love it here! The staff is knowledgeable, honest and they are more than reasonable on their fees. By my second visit all of the staff knew my dogs name. I've had negative experiences with vets closer to me and I came in weary. They give you education instead of telling you what to do and they genuinely care about your pet. I was recommended this vet through the shelter I adopted through and I could not be happier. I will continue going here with my puppy and future pets!

I drive an hour to go to family friends, and have for 15 years. They genuinely love your pets. If you want to bring your 4-leggers to people who went into this line of work for the right reasons, go to Family Friends.

The staff at Family Friends are very personable and accomodating. They took good care of our pup when he had to get a fairly invasive surgery done. We've switched vets a few times in the past few years and have appreciated the honesty and friendliness of Dr. Baigelman and staff. Trust our pets to these guys any day!

Can’t find a better group of pet pros West of Rt. 128. Drs. are insanely qualified, good guys. Exam rooms are immaculate—these people care. Supporting staff and vet techs same—great group and kenneling my dog there is completely worry free.

I always recommend Family Friends to anyone who asks me which Vet I use. Dr. Bleck has provided wonderful guidance to us over the years and we absolutely trust his diagnostic and treatment skills.

I agree with all the other reviews. We've been taking our cavalier there for 8 years now. Dr. Bleck was originally recommended because he has "good ears" (i.e., good at picking out possible heart murmurs that are common in the breed). They are all very good at their jobs as well as having all the other characteristics that are important to a pet owner (knowledgeable, caring, available, cost appropriate, and so on).

Both doctors are caring and thorough with care. I am very impressed, and it is not hard to get an apt. when needed quickly either. Very nice staff as well. They take care of both are dogs, and helped put down our two older cats with much care. Highly recommend.

I love my dogs, as they are truly my babies. Family Friends are THE BEST place to bring your loved ones. The Dr's and the staff treat your babies as you would treat them. We are there often because my dogs are 15 years old. However, thanks to Family Friends, Sugar and Spice will be around for a long time. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. If you love your animals, bring them here. They don't charge outrageous prices either. Kristen is the best at the front desk--she makes magic happen when you need an appointment and is extremely caring.
