On 8/8/2013 my brother had a eye exam at Family Focus Eye Care in Live Oak,Fl. On 8/9/2013 He paid in full the $483.00 for his glasses. We were assured that the glasses would be back in 7-10 days. Later that same day ,my brother was hospitalized at Gainesville Shands in Gainesville,Fl.When the 10 days were up, we called to check on his glasses. They stated they aren't here. We called again and were told that they would call when they had the glasses there.On 8/28/2013 they called said they had them for pick-up. My brother passed away on 8/29/2013. I returned the glases,they only refunded $127.00 .and stated that it was unfortunate that he only had them for 1 day,yet he never got to wear them.This company is not a customer service care business,therefore I wouldn't recommend it or the office in Lake City both are connected. They should be a bit more understanding and honor their time frames as given to their customers.
