Amazing breakfast! Sausage link, eggs, biscuits n gravy, coffee, milk, juice, waffles, and more! Decent rooms, great pool, super friendly staff. Definitely recommend to others!
We somehow found this hotel during the weekend of the Florida\ GA game and everywhere else was packed. As soon as we walked in the service was fantastic. When we got to our room there was a slight problem and the woman at the desk came up immediately to help us and was so nice. The place was clean and perfectly fine for a nights stay and was very affordable. I will definitely be back.
We had a totally positive experience last night and this morning here, for our second time. We booked online night before which was cheaper than calling in and receiving AARP/AAA/Veteran discount @ $79 for nonsmoking single king.
We arrived late at 10:30pm, received pleasantly & efficiently at check in & had beautiful, very clean & comfortable bed. Everything worked. Shower & towels were great. Breakfast this am was really good, but the best was their coffee! Staff efficiently refilling more eggs and oatmeal! Best coffee ever at any hotels we've stayed in! Highly recommend!
Pros:
Amber at front desk was awesome! She was polite, courteous, & very helpful.
Cons:
Management lacks business professional skills. He also tried to overcharge my card for his own personal gain.Bathroom filthy, carpet smelled.I would rather sleep in my truck before I step foot back into this hotel. Don't waste your time or money with this con artist.
Room was clean but had musty smell. Shower curtain had mold on it. Breakfast was decent but no eggs. Staff was very pleasant. Good deal for the rate.
Room was clean, nicely decorated and everything worked. All was quiet though our room was next to the pool area. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety of hot and cold items with a waffle maker which is always a hit with our family
It's was clean ,the free breakfast was good and all the employees were great. Had a little problem with ac but they fixed it
The hotel was easy to find right off the interstate. The room was decent. The hot breakfast was good but a little crowded with not much seating area. My only complaint was that the air had not been turned on in the room ahead of time, so it was pretty hot and took a couple of hours to really cool down.
We had a good night's stay. The beds were very comfortable. We had hot breakfast in the morning, in addition to the normal continental. The seating was a little cramped, but that was because there's a regular amount of space, but some guests were being inconsiderate and lingering at tables for a while long after they've finished eating. The main complaint my husband and father-in-law had was that the shower didn't get hot enough for their liking (but they also likes volcano water). My mother-in-law and I were absolutely comfortable. I will note that they only give you two towels, which we didn't have a problem with (they're very clear on where you can get more if you need them) but the guy in front of us at checkout wad very ticked about the inconvenience of only having two towels. Lol.
Pool and the beds were too small. I thought they were gunna be queen sized and booked the place. But the bed was comfortable.
If I could give half ratings it would be a 2.5. Overall the hotel was okay, it wasn't as great of an experience as I was expecting but I wasn't really expecting much to begin with. I made my reservation online through the days inn website about 3 weeks in advance. We arrived to check-in a few minutes after 3pm and the room wasn't ready yet. After about 20 minutes we were about to enter the room, but only one of the two keycards that I was given actually worked. The room didn't have any towels in it yet but the housekeeper said she would bring some by, when she did they were just handed to me in a poorly folded wad. There were some random stray hairs in the bathroom and the dresser, and there was a leftover cup of coffee in the microwave from a previous guest. The sheets and towels looked were clean though, which was the main thing I cared about. Our room was poolside, which meant there were always people right outside the room and we couldn't really let any natural light in. The lights around the pool were also on all night, so we couldn't get it completely dark in the room. It wasn't necessarily a bad thing though because I did feel somewhat safer being in a well lit area. Don't expect too much from this hotel and you'll be okay, it's a bed to sleep in and that's about it.
