Nice clean place. Cookies at check-in and an excellent breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff was super pleasant.

Very nice hotel. Located on sort of a shopping strip. Clean room with no odor. Nice breakfast area in the lobby.

Friendly service, good continental breakfast. Rooms were nice, but had some hair in the bathroom floor and a drink left in the fridge. Otherwise, very clean.

This place has phenomenal customer service. We had a great night stay, but then when we got home we realized we forgot some items in our room. They were important documents so I called and Katie at the front desk made sure to find the missing documents, but then scanned and emailed them back over to us as well as mailed the original copies back to us. Overall the hotel was clean Smoke free and has a great pool. I recommended highly

Nice property with what appears to be recently renovated rooms. The public space is also well thought out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I cannot say enough good things about the place. Close to I75, really nice lobby area, pool meetings rooms, and they take small dogs too. The really great thing is the 530pm kickback. they serve 3 alcoloic beverages and food too. It would be a light supper meal but still a meal and it tasted good.

We stay here when we visit Hornell. No complaints. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh. The property is older but it was everything that I needed for my stay. I look for a clean economical place to stay this was perfect for me.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and a clean property. In the description of the room online, it is stated that it would include a sofabed, but our room did not. It was just my wife and I this time, but had we been traveling with our children, this would have caused us some problems. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
