I highly recommend Brad and his team at Sotheby's. I was able to meet virtually with Brad and coordinate 100% of the details of the listing. By the time I met him in person a few weeks later the house had already been marketed to their team internally and we had multiple offers before hitting MLS. Closing was seamless and he even helped coordinate packing and shipping of a few items back to Dallas.

My husband and I built a second home in 2019 and used Brad as our realtor. Since we lived out of state and could not always see how the house was progressing through the building process, Brad sent us photos of the progress as well as a written update on what had taken place over every 2 weeks. Any concerns we had he was always quick to respond and resolve any problems. He is knowledgeable about the past and present market and keeps us up to date even now at the market stats. We were looking to purchase a vacation home in Santa Rosa Beach, but we live in Atlanta GA. With Brad's expertise we found a home in 1 day and he went above and beyond to video chat with us to virtually tour the house. He helped us navigate purchasing the home sight unseen. He had a plethora of wonderful referrals to help with the renovations to the house. Brad has been the most honest and practical realtor we have ever had the pleasure to work with.
