Food was good, but I was an icicle when I left. Asked our waiter to turn off the air, but it never got any warmer! Had to sit shivering while trying to eat! :(

Had to wait to be seated with lots of seating available then after we had gotten our salad and ate it the waitress came back and asked how our meal was and if we were ready for our check. We had to stop a hostess to get another drink. The hostess couldn't even remember what we had to drink and brought the wrong thing. We have ate here many times and this is the worst service we have ever gotten.
The last 2 visits at this location was not a good experience. My father found a hair in his salad and the manager just asked him if he wanted another salad and said well what can I do to make it better. Well, I think he should have at least offered to take off part of the cost for his food. We decided to go back and try it again. The food was terrible. I ordered chicken and it was red with blood coming out of it. Sent it back and when it came back it tasted like a box of salt had been poured on it. My husband ordered a steak and it tasted rotten. My parents food was salty also and cold. The waiter tried to do what he could to make it better but the manager when he brought my chicken back just set it down on the table and walked away. Didn't wait to see if it was alright or anything. I don't usually complain about the food but this was awful. We will not be going back there any time soon.response / report this review -

Traveling thru Bristol and stopped for the night. Looked up restaurants and Fatz looked good. We were not disappointed. The restaurant was new and very nice. Casual dining. Service and staff excellent as was the food. Cameron was our waiter and we have never had any better service than he provided at any 5 star restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and more than you can eat. We can't say enough about our dining experience here. We will stop by again. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful diner and experience.

Ate at our Fatz's in Bristol TN on Sunday 8/20/17 and tried their new Southern menu. It was the best meal yet I have eaten here . I had the Smokey Mtn Calabash and for dessert, banana pudding in a mason jar. Wow So Good! Our server was Bobbie Jo who. Waited on us with good service and a big Bristol smile. Please keep this on your menu FATZ

Have eaten here several with our family. We all love it. Have never had a service problem, nor cold food. They waited on all of us (11) All were pleased!! The portion sizes were amazing.. Great place to eat.

Completely awful service. Waitress was rude took our order brought the wrong drinks then she never came back to our table. Salad was never served and about an hour after we ordered another server brought our meal. Was cold from where it was sitting waiting to go out of kitchen. Talked to manager and he said he would take care of our meals. I'm not going to eat something I don't pay for so we left. Our waitress name was Bailey. She doesn't deserve to have a job there. Customer service is not for her. I have never worked in food service before but I could have done a better job in taking care of customers and getting order right than she did. The past couple times to Fatz the service has been horrible. You go to these restaurants and pay a little more for the experience. I would have rated negative if I could have. They need to clean house of all rude employees who act like they don't want to be there.

Southern food to comfort you. Finger licking sweet ribs that have a kick, fried chicken you will fight over, even salads for the healthy nuts in the group. Just remember friends don't let friends eat salads. Now come on ya'll. Let's eat.

We were seated quickly for a party of 6 and our server took our orders right away. She brought our drinks, along with the rolls (which were great), but then we didn't see her for 20 minutes. Another server walking by offered to get us some refills. After another 25 minutes, our food finally arrived. My husband was missing one of his sides, and my mother and daughter still didn't have their food at all. After another 5 minutes, my mother and daughter receive their food and my husband is told his side is on the way and that she'd be back with refills. Finally got our drinks, finish our meal, and his side is yet to be seen. When she brings the check, ai brought it to her attention, where she blames it on the kitchen, then on another server, and asks him if he even still wants it! When she comes to pick up the check, he finally gets his food. No apology, no offers for a discount, nothing. Even though the food that we received was good, the service killed it for us.
