Sticky tables, servers sitting around taking selfies and giving me dirty looks, but damn the slices were good. Clean out your staff and teach them how to clean tables. Might have a good thing going.

Came here last night. Thank goodness I went to the bathroom first before we ordered. The bathroom smelled like a sewer! It's such a dirty bathroom, I think the dirtiest I've ever been to. If the bathrooms smell and are dirty, just imagine how "clean " the kitchen is. I was not going to eat at a place like that so we walked out.

My husband and I stopped in today for a rainy day lunch.
My husband had been here two other times with a friend, so this was my first time.
The service staff was very friendly. We ordered 5 lemon pepper wings and two personal pizzas (meat lovers and supreme). Everything was delicious. My only suggested improvement would be to have the wings a little crispier and the bottom of the crust a tad crispier as well, but the flavor was amazing and the pizza toppings are plentiful! I wish I could give it a 4.5 but I can’t, so 4 stars it is.response / report this review -

Besides my food being cold, yesterday witnessed the manager, who had nasty attitude to begin with, go off on one of his employees. From what I saw she came to him nicely and calm and he exploded on this young woman. She didn’t say anything after she just walked out the door. He was very rude and this is not the first time I have personally witnessed this. The young lady is very nice when we call in or come to pick up, and she has a great smile. I hope you guys didn’t loose her as a worker.

The first time I went to Rudy's was during a dinner date with my financeé, and I have been returning time and time again since then!
I can't say enough good about this place. Delicious food (my favourite is the gyro wrap!), mouth-watering deserts, EXCELLENT service, fair prices and a chill atmosphere! I hear they even have trivia nights, but I've never been to one! They even have a cute little rewards program you can get in on. The portion sizes are huge as well, not just with the food, but with drinks, too! When you dine in, drinks come in a very large cup. This is great for me since I drink a ton of water with my meals.
My order has been correct every time, a big deal for me, since I'm a picky eater, and everyone is super nice. It's cheaper than many places while still maintaining high quality.

I Love this place.

Only issue is that the tables are sticky.
They're not dirty at all, just sticky.

We are from Miami and decided to eat here. The service was excellent. Friendly, and very hospitable. The pizza and garlic cheese knots were so delicious!! James was our waiter, he's fantastic!! Thank you we will be back up again :)

Ordered cheesy garlic knots, hummus, and calamari. Knots were a little tough, but loaded with cheese and marinara they were delicious. Calamari was nice and crispy with seafood sauce and hummus was flavorful and creamy. I loved it. Waitstaff was awesome and even catered to our two dogs as we set on the patio.

The manager was completely rude and did not understand safety! I drive a semi truck and am delivering a load in a shopping center in the morning. Tried to order a calzone for delivery, gave them the address for the place I am sitting at. They told me it would have to be a cash delivery for the safety of their driver instead of me paying with my debit card. How is having your driver get cash safer because they will have to have change on them. Told her I am parked out front and I will meet the driver at the door there are 3 businesses here 2 still open with about 50 cars here and is insanely well lit which is why I am parked in the front (for my safety as well)! I will not ever try to order from this place again and am leaving this review to let you all know what an idiot the manager is!

My co-workers and I often order from this establishment because I receive our orders in a timely manner and it is correct. The delivery guy is such a gentleman and it has normally been a pleasant experience. Yesterday, I logged in online, placed a group order and called in my co-workers informed me that two orders were being paid with a card. Not anything new to us btw. I call the restaurant and the young lady placed me on a hold so that the orders could be divided. When someone returns, he states that he is the manager and is unable to split the orders for payment. I stated that we had done so in the past and what did we need to do. He states that I needed to hang up, go online, cancel my order and call back to place it. I inquired if he was able to cancel the order from where he was, enter it in the system and take the payment. He said no because there were calls holding. At this point I'm beside myself because of his tone and said "Jesus Christ." The manager then yells at me and says how dare I curse. I was baffled and shocked at his response. I asked to speak with someone over him and was told that he is the manager and the owner. He proceeded to say how dare I say the Lord's name in vain and that he doesn't know which part of South Africa I'm from (British) but he doesn't do cursing and will not make the order or deliver to my company again. I have never received such poor, customer service and my company has vouched to never return there. I thought my complaint was noted with the BBB and I had to re-submit but this is deplorable.

I had the pleasure of tasting Rudy's at my daughter Holiday party. I must say it was very very good and gave me a piece of back home for a moment. You nailed the NY pizza!!!!
