Nice little place with good amenities. Lots of restaurants and takeouts nearby. View from room of mountains in the morning was great.

in short- the parking lot sucks and there is no lading zone, the whole building smells musky, the elevator shakes pretty bad, our room was small, the bed was stiff and springy, and the grab and go breakfast is literally a basket of nutragrain granola bars and instant out meal. For the price I paid, I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Great place we have stayed multiple times as we travel with our 2 small dogs from Las Vegas to visit friends and family. Location right off freeway so easy to find. Only reasons for 4 stars are quality of towels (too thin) and we had some trouble with being able ot confirm 1st floor room due to our dogs. We called while driving to hotel and was about 20 minutes away from hotel but the gentleman I spoke with stated they couldn't promise reserving 1st floor although we were on the 101 freeway headed straight to hotel.

It was nice to stay there! Staff was friendly and it was a very clean environment. Only one slight problem which was that it appeared that there was some repair work being done and the banging that was right outside our hotel room door. It got a little bit loud but it was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience!

Not A bad place at all.
The rooms got a kitchen for your cooking necessities with refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. Close by are your Fitness centers for daily workout.

The sheets were dirty. I found at least 4 different peoples hair in the linens. If you turn off the bathroom light and fan it begins to smell like nasty stale cigarette smoke.

Clean room with kitchen and casual staff. Pretty far from the main part of town and the beach though. There is an in-n-out across the street.

Although I ended up having to cancel my reservation, my experience with the employees here has been wonderful. I had a few questions about the room prior to booking and when I called, the woman who helped me was extremely helpful. When we needed to cancel the reservation they were again extremely helpful! The next time we will need a hotel in Santa Barbara, I'll definitely be booking with Extended Stay!

Great place and perfect location. Right across In N Out so easy access to great burgers all day. Decent size rooms, come with a kitchenette and small bathroom. For the price you can't beat it. Would be even better if their was a pool available.
