The rooms are nice & clean. The only complaint I have is the vending machines only accept credit cards, and half of the washing/drying machines were out of order.

Very picky no smoking at all near the building or in the building which is okay but you're not even allowed to smoke a vapor inside your room you cannot light a candle so pretty picky but it's a very nice place to stay so if you're okay with strict rules you will do fine I like it

This is really a nice extended stay. It has a full kitchen, all you have to do is ask for dishes, and they will bring you everything you need to cook. Everything is nice and working well, nice bed and pillows, bathroom! No ice machine, but you have to make ice cubes in the freezer in your room. Overall, extremely good value for your money!

Cheap, but honestly you get what you pay for here Which isn't much. Smells like food all up and down the halls, half my lamps weren't functional, and front desk isn't especially friendly. I had no hot water in my shower, and they basically said it couldn't be fixed. Got up in the middle of the night for water, and there was a roach in the kitchen area. Literally the worst experience of my life at a hotel.

Rooms were nice. Hotel in general was pretty dirty. Front desk person was nice. Housekeeper that we saw was pretty rude.

i stay there for a month they ran out of sugar for week for café. Onky 2 washers out of 5 work. Same on the dryers. My electronic key woulnt work 3 times in one day. Almost every day. Woulnt work so i had to go front desk That was ridiculous. Not mention i coworker found 2 bedbugs on his room and they dint want to change him room. No kidding lucky it was not my room. Staffing was friendly thought.

I've been staying at the sister property (ESA Southwest) of this hotel off and on for over a month. A lot more pleasurable experience. The person who checked me in was polite and accommodating enough, but the person who replaced him, Tony, was short, rude and complicated every situation I had to deal with him in.
My second room was a 'pet friendly' room which apparently includes a weird odor and hairy sheets and blankets.
Also, on the way in to the hotel staircase there was a used condom wrapper on the floor. Fantastic facility.

I give 3 stars because even though its in a prime location and the rooms are okay. There is a lot of rift raft making its way through the hallways.

Ok how should I start .. well this place is something else but yea I came on business to do work in the Fort Worth/Dallas and surrounding cities I made my trip getting here late at night just so they can tell me all the rooms are filled and even if the room is already paid for they have a first come first serve policy so good luck getting a spot. Called my boss then she finally checks me a room out ok weird..and then informed of a $100 deposit for the room and that I can get it back in the morning I was cool with it not a problem.. but what they don't tell you is that you have to wait until after 7am to get that deposit back until someone looks at your room and checks everything. The thing is I was up at 6 ready to leave now I have to wait for the people to clock in at 7 and get to my room so who knows how long I'll end up waiting and hold up🚨spoiler alert 🚨the breakfast is coffee and just two kinds of granola bars

Excellent staff, super clean nice suites, i would actually live in one if i could at this location. Nice view over small pond. Walking distance to Super Target, and lots of fast foods,coffee, you name it. Easy hwy access, and most of all. Really unexpectedly nice staff and suites. Best hotel stay i have had. EXCELLENT PRICE!
