This place received 1 star because we couldn't give it a zero. We booked a room for one night stay, on the day that we were to stay we arrived early (11 am) & was told we couldn't check in @ that time very truly was told 3 pm we were to check in. We left because of a function that were attending in the area with other family members. We returned back to the hotel @ 9 pm & was told that we didn't have a rm & that we were booked elsewhere was provide a # to call by the clerk @ the desk who was on the phone w/someone & was given that # to call. The clerk could not tell us where we had been relocated. The # provide of course automated & it was closed for business & to call during normal business hrs. This place actually gave our rm to someone else but, they were not courteous enough to tell us that!! The manager from the place did not come out of his/her office to provide further information as well!! We did receive our refund from the third party that booked us @ this location & filed a complaint for the treatment we received from this place. Worst service & place ever!!

It's an ok hotel. Nothing fancy. Beautiful mountain view. Staff is really friendly. You also get passes to the nearby gym with a pool and a cafe. Outdoor patio as well. Close to places to eat and get coffee.

I got a last minute deal on Expedia for this hotel. The hotel is right of Route 9 but hard to see from the road. Its near a WalMart and some restaurants. Room was a good a size but the closet was small. A/C was only in the living room.

The room was not clean. The sheets hadn't been changed, there were little black curly hairs all over the bed, when we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, Shea (or Shay), he stared at us blankly, made no indication that he was going to solve the problem, and then when we got back hours later, the sheets still had not been changed. We slept in dirty sheets. Then they refused to offer any sort of refund or discount to compensate us for our trouble. Avoid this place at all costs!

My stay at Extended Stay America in Fishkill was most enjoyable. I enjoyed the room which had a stove, full refrigerator and an adequate living room. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the facility is clean. I would recommend and return to this hotel.

Very nice staff, rooms have been renovated it looks like. Clean for the most part, the wifi is absolutely ridiculously slow, it's 2017 and their high speed is even slow mostly unusable. That's just unacceptable these day and I wouldn't stay here again just because of that alone.

I would live here if I could. Oh wait a minuteYOU CAN lol. Room rates very from one night to monthly stays, so you can actually live in one of these hotels. Great rooms also, with kitchenettes & living rooms. A must stay, if you will.

BED BUGS! Just for starters What a nightmare!!! I can't begin to tell you how incompetent the management is herewith one exception. Rooms are only cleaned ONCE A WEEK due to NO STAFF and NO SUPPLIES, you are illegally charged if you want your room cleaned more than once a week. NYS PUBLIC HEALTH LAW. The manager didn't believe me when I told him about the bed bugs..till it got too bad. Watch your kids toovery strange men stay here! 🕵😯
