  My car was towed from my apartment complex because somebody called and they weren’t even a resident at the apartment complex to even be able to get my car towed. My manager allows me to park in that spot that I was parked in. My manager reached out to expedite towing to get my car back and they still didn’t care what she was talking about and expedite towing still made me pay a fee to get my car out for their mistake. My manager asked for a supervisor and they said he was unavailable and will contact later when he’s available. I still haven’t received a call back from the supervisor yet. This is very inconvenient and I had to miss a day of work because this is my only vehicle and they towed my car without permission from a manager or a tenant that lives at the apartment complex with proof. I don’t ever recommend using this company for any of their services as they are very rude and unprofessional.

  Drivers are straight up predators, but, it's their job to prowl lots so can't fault them for what puts food on the table. Now if the apartment that I'm a guest at would use warnings, that would be nice
  
  However, the folks who work at the storage facility are very nice. The young man who helped me this morning was very quick and courteous. My brand new car was completely free of damage and they took steps to ensure my differential wasn't damaged during transport. If I even need towing services, I'd probably hit these guys up.

  They won’t tell you this if you’re trying to get a car back after it being towed but if you wait to get your car until between 9am-4:30pm then you don’t have to pay a $100+ fee.
  
  You will have to pay the $100+ fee if you get your car between 4:31pm-8:59am.

  I called to inquire about having a vehicle towed out of a drive way. The dispatcher was clueless. Told me to call SDPD to get authorization for the vehicle to be towed. After waiting on hold forever, the SDPD dispatcher explained that was NOT true. Called Expedite Towing back and he left me on eternal hold so I hung up

  This company deserves a NEGATIVE 5 stars. The woman on the phone is so rude and has a nasty attitude. She yelled at me and tried to rush me off the phone & When I asked to know who I was speaking with she responded with “NO YOU MAY NOT!” After all the drama on the phone with her, I was able to schedule an appointment for 1130am to get my car from the Chula Vista location. I show up and it looks like an abandoned business. The grass is overgrown on the door and side. There was trash strewn EVERYWHERE and it smelled like urine! The tow guy didn’t show up until 1245pm! So during the wait I called the office back about 6times wondering where they were & no one answered. I called the 7th time on a different phone number, AND SHE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. Something tells me she was screening my calls!! When we were let inside the facility I was absolutely DISGUSTED! The place reeked of mildew and/or mold. The carpet was SOAKING wet with rain water from a few nights before. THERE WAS OPEN ELECTRICAL WIRING! This place was a straight heath and safety hazard and there’s no way they should be legally conducting business at this establishment. I have since went to the main office and filed a formal complaint and they have yet to contact me! This towing company should be put out of business until they can get their employees and establishments up to par!!!
