I had a great experience with the service team at Coty. I have dealt extensively with Trista about which services are necessary, as I am a new boat owner and she has always been highly informative and replied to emails almost instantaneously. This past weekend we had decided to delay my launch due to forecast bad weather and when the day turned nice she replied to my email request and squeezed me in so I could launch it. Highly recommend buying (thanks Joe B.) and servicing your vessel at Coty.

This place is amazing not only did they do an amazing job but came in on time and in budget. Super friendly staff and the attention to detail was on point. I own a 36 Blackwater center console and it will be back for other work.

I will start by saying I am probably one of the hardest people to sell to and probably the worlds biggest pessimist when it comes to dealers. I went to Coty Marine In Toms River and met with a salesman named Joe Baguchinsky. For one it was calming to see no high pressure to buy. I had several questions about the Key West boat I was interested in and I thought no way is the salesman going to be able to answer all of them - The good news was Joe had all of the answers and even elaborated further than I asked - It is rare to have my expectations beat - Last but not least I was given a very fair price for this boat and at the closing there were no surprises - everything was exactly as they quoted - needless to say there is a new boat in my driveway and 1 happy Key West owner - shout out also to the entire staff to make this all happen for me - Thanks Joe !

Awesome experience put a request online for a boat they took in and was contacted right away by Dave. From the moment I entered the dealership Dave was on top of everything and showed me the boat . This is my first time purchasing a boat and he made sure to explain everything about the boat and process. The experience from start to finish was smooth and easy Dave followed up throughout the whole process and Mike in finance was great as well . Mike followed up with finance process and made it very easy . Family owned placed and great employees and service thank you guys !

Walked in to Coty Marina, joe greeted us so nicely spent lots of time with us explaining all different types of boats (i had no boat experience). From new to used all with a great smile. Ultimately when we final made our decision to buy the boat, it was definitely going to be with joe. And so it was.
Guess what even after we signed the docks he didn’t disappear, he was there and still is here to help us with what ever we need. If you are thinking of buying a bot Coty is the placeresponse / report this review
