I am writing this for my mom who had her carpets cleaned. She said they are reasonably priced and was extremely friendly. We have tried to clean them ourselves, but they never looked clean. I saw the carpets personally, and they are absolutely beautiful! They look brand new! Highly recommend.

We just got new laminate flooring throughout our whole downstairs and new carpet on our steps. Greg was referred to us by a friend. He did an awesome job helping us research the best type of floor to accommodate our son's wheelchair. Prices were reasonable. And Brian, his installer did an absolute amazing job with incredible attention to detail. We would definitely hire them again, in a heartbeat.

We had excel out to do some carpet repair and did not have a good experience. They repaired an area that had become frayed where it butted up to a wood floor. The day after the repair the carpet had completely come undone and was worse than before they came.They also forgot to tack down the carpet by the closet door. I had them come back out and the repair man said there was nothing he could do about it. He finally relented and repaired the area and it has actually been fine since, but I couldn't believe his initial reaction.We also had some wrinkles in our hallway and they didn't remove all of them. When I showed him the wrinkles in the rug he said, "Well, you didn't show me that one." It was about 12" from the other 2 and was very obvious. He wouldn't fix it. We also had them give us an estimate to stretch 2 BR carpets. It came to over $500. We would need to remove all the large furniture from each room. We declined that and had it done later for 100.00 total without removing a lick of furniture and it looks great.
