We had Evans Install a new Trane system in our home recently and are very happy. There was an issue with the heat not working due to a faulty valve but they were on site quickly and got a new part installed fixing the issue. I would recommend Evan’s heating and air without hesitation.

We have used Evans Heating and Air for years! They are always knowledgeable and professional. They never try to oversell and do unnecessary repairs, which we really appreciate. We have had issues on weekends and they responded very quickly. I wouldn’t think of using another company!

You guys are the best. Josh is an extremely helpful guy , who came to my house twice in one day and when we realized the whole unit was bad. He brought 2 window units so I could make it through the the night in August no less. He understood I was a epeleptic and the health issues were great. I highly recommend your business. THANK YOU

They are the best. When my Hot Water Tank leaked, came out immediately, were kind, helpful, professional. They were punctual, efficient, and took care to make sure everything was done correctly.Very thorough and checked everything. Review all the "gadgets" and valves with me. I HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, will have them check my air conditioning/heating unit. Told all my friends. In the time of big business (totally dislike going through Lowes--nickel and dime and hidden costs)--it was refreshing to have a smaller local company be honest, straight forward in their costs and dealings; as well as professional and competent in their product/business. I heard great things and they came highly recommended so when my AC went out, I called Evan's. They came to my house same day and were fantastic to work with. They told us what they could do, what they recommended and gave us several options at different price points. They gave me one flat price for everything and told me about different finance options if we needed them.

They fit us in just 1 day later and the guys that came went above and beyond for us. They fixed a few extra things, found some other things that we'll want to have fixed before next winter so we can start planning for it and then took things one step further.

Right after everything was closed up and they were fixing to leave we realized one of our cats had somehow slipped into the duct work under the house!!! These guys crawled under the house, reached into vents and helped us until after 9pm!!! 12 hours at our house when they could have left much earlier!! This didn't change the price or anything and they had a good laugh with us. (No cats were harmed in the making of this review) That cat was trying to get back down there once we got him out, I guess they made everything real nice for us down there.

Thank you again for the phenomenal service, super fast response time, amazing technicians, heads up for things we need to fix in the coming months, saving us from getting work we didn't need and for that good Ole Southern Hospitality that really makes someone want to call you again and again!
