Joe was very thorough in his 'estimate'. He addressed many of our concerns and unlike other roofers would actually offer an estimate without involving our insurance company. The roof installation pretty much met the originally offered timeline even though Ian and Nicole made visits in the meantime. A change of installation date could have been communicated a little more clearly by the office but it was not a huge problem. The installation lasted 2 days and was handled efficiently and professionally. The clean up was really thorough.

Very pleased with our first experience with Eustis Roofing from the first phone call to the finish of our roof. All the people I spoke with on the phone was no less than professional and when Rob came to our rescue he was above board in personality and his goal was know from the beginning to do what ever it took to get the job done right and please his customer. The workmen that were sent out also had the same objective to do the job in a professional manner and it showed there heart was in their work and were proud to represent Eustis Roofing. With this combination we would not hesitate to call on Eustis Roofing for any future needs. Hats off to your company!!

Eustis roofing is a very professional business that provides quality service and has highly skilled staff. I dealt with Josiah, the sales rep, who was very thorough and upfront about our options. My husband and I were anticipating needing to have have a new roof installed based on the new HO insurance regulations. However, Josiah explained a process that he recommended based on the condition of our roof rather than having to have a new roof installed. We were very pleased with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Eustis Roofing.

I called Eustis Roofing because they had done a roof for my boyfriend so that I knew they were a good and reputable company who did a good job. Our salesperson came out and did a fantastic job explaining the process and showing us our options for a roof replacement. I would recommend this company to anyone. Although they haven't yet installed my roof, I feel confident that I am going to be very happy with the end result.

Eustis was one of five companies I called when our roof suddenly (literally seemed like overnight) sprung several leaks, and was ultimately one of three we chose to get estimates from. Jordan came out and I immediately liked his professionalism, his straight forwardness, and what I could tell was his honesty and up front information; no pushing, no over-selling. I went through the estimates with the other companies. I didn't feel as strongly about the others' sales approaches as I did Jordan who was again, straight and to the point. I decided to go with Eustis and right away, Jessie in the office was equally informative & fantastic, Jordan sent a crew out to patch and tarp my roof where my leaks were. When it came time to put our new roof on, Dan was our project manager and he couldn't have been more kind, attentive, and present. Our crew were all amazing! What hard workers with attention to detail. I wish I had all their names. I'm sorry I don't. This review could be pages long with all the praise I have for each step, each person we dealt with or encountered, each job completed, but I hope anyone reading gets the point. Trust me, hire them! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Eustis, Jordan, Jessie, Dan, and Crew for all you do!
