Very nice to work with and very helpful after our fire, however I did not rate a five because I hate the durawood floors. If I had it to do over ID have gone with laminate or hardwood or carpet. I've tried lots of ways cleaning this. Nothing looks good. Unfortunately it's in four major rooms. Now im buying room rugs to cover it. Go with carpet, room rugs, hardwood, etc, anything but durawood. Also it has a dull finish. Very unattractive.

My business with Essis was a piece of cake. Both the salesman and the owner were very helpful. I bought two rugs from them. Delivery came 15 minutes before the scheduled time (how's that for service?). Carpets look terrific. I am extremely pleased. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service. The salesperson actually scoffed and laughed at me when I told him the allowance our home builder gave us for carpeting (a very fair allowance) before showing me our TWO options. Go to Lowe's just up the road or better yet, A & A in Shippensburg where customer service is excellent and they are willing to work within your budget.

They can't make up their mind how to install my carpet. Three different opinions and of course they charged me for the highest cost! I love my carpet but am very dissatisfied!!!!!
