  If I could give a lower rating I would hands down worst beers ever tried couldn't even get through a half of any one in a flight the beers were flat and sour with definite contamination in brew process.

  This was hands down the worst brewery I have ever experienced. I have tasted garage home brews that were superior don't waste your time!

  Awesome atmosphere but beer is below average. All of the beers tasted flat and one friend of ours even took home a canned rootbeer that was flat as soon as he opened it. I think they might have something wrong with their brewing equipment. Could be a great place if they work more on their product but for now I'll stick to ABC.

  Visited Gettysburg and this is now a favorite spot. Everybody needs to go here and have a night out. Beautiful, clean, and super friendly. Close to the heart of Gettysburg. I just saw this on the show Bar Hunters and was excited to see it. Some hard work was put into this place. I love it!!!

  The beers don't "wow" me, but they are fresh and made with love. Would recommend the S'mores beer for dark beer lovers. Food is simple, but it is inexpensive and goes well with a pint of beer. As a history nerd, love the vintage building, an old barn that I would assume stood during the Civil War Era that has been renovated into a brewery and tasting room with room for live music

  Great beers! Food selection is narrow, but satisfying, consisting mainly of brats and potato chips. Good place to stop for live music and a couple of pints.

  Battlefield Brew Works is by far the best brewery I've been to hands down. I ordered a flight of four beers and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them! Usually out of four beers on a flight at best I'll really like two or three and the others will be alright (I know what I like so it's not just guessing what to drink). The stouts are flavorful and not too heavy and the lagers are nice and refreshing. The owners were very friendly and helpful, you can tell they love their beer and enjoy serving people. The food was good, served quickly and is very reasonably priced. I live in Philadelphia and it would be worth the close to three hour drive to visit again!

  The food was really good. The pulled pork had a nice flavor and the loaded nachos were excellent and a great value. Would go again just for the food and maybe to try the spirits they make.
  
  The beerwhen we first saw the draft list, I was impressed. The different styles sounded great. Ordered a 4 flight sampler of the espresso stout, Barrel aged imperial stout, sour red ale and the imperial pumpkin ale. The sour red ale ended up being my favorite it matched the sour style I was expecting. The other 3 had a sour tinge to them. I did finish the samples it the barrel aged imperial and the pumpkin but could not finish the espresso stout. The three had no carbonation and were sour. When I asked, I was told that this is a European style but I don't believe the stouts should have had sour taste to them.
  
  Would definitely try them again. Family friendly and liked the atmosphere of the restored barn.
